   I am writing this after being followed and threatened by the store manager. I went into vape hq to look for some disposable vapes as I'm new round here and assumed a store with vapes in the name would satisfy my needs. After entering I was greeted by a lovely young man who told me there wasn’t the ones I was after. No problem, I asked if I can quickly leave my car here for 2 minutes and pop into the shopping centre, he replied with “yes you get 30 minutes free” I walked across to the shopping centre and looked for a store selling disposable vapes, found one entered, was about to pay for what I needed and my conversation was suddenly rudely interrupted a scruffy man who pointed a finger in my face and said “Do not shop anywhere else if you park in my store!” I tried to defuse the situation and explain that I asked the young man behind the counter and he approved. The scruffy man continued to go back and forth with me before ending with “You will not park there again and you’re not welcome around here.” Being a newcomer to Mansfield and this was one of my first interactions with people, I am disappointed to be treated so badly. I will never be returning there again…

   Been coming to this shop for years, Simon and Ash are always helpful and friendly and give the best advice with your vapes. No question is too silly for them. Great loyalty scheme. Highly recommend

   Staff are brilliant, Simon and ash are probably the only reason I still go to this shop, big thing for me that’s letting them down is stock levels each week I can’t get the liquids I like and have to result to second best. It’s also made me think to step up in MG as it’s mostly available in that which is missing the whole point of vaping. Same as I have stated previously Simon and ash are incredible and always remember my name we have a chat and my orders, it’s such a shame I don’t believe they are able to receive the stock they need for per week with what everyone likes to buy.

   IPhone is complete and and they just put the phone straight down on me they just put the phone straight down on me I wasn't very happy I would not use this company but the other ones around the other ones around are very nice and helpful so I 4 so I'd avoid Sutton HQ
