Called in yesterday to enquire about an International Driving Permit for me and my son who's out of the country. The guy couldn't have been more helpful, and was very pleasant, I've already recommended them to one of my friends. Thanks very much.
Posted 5 packages as a new small business with track and trace. Next day check four arrived and on did not. Notice was in Essex when going to Surrey Post code had been entered in wrong. Went to post office about this very unhelpful despite their error and just advise to phone royal mail to see if they could maybe help. No taking responsibility for the mistake and the cost in replacing and compensation will need to pay out and potential lost of customers.
Fantastic Post Office - staff are incredibly knowledgable about a vast array of products and services. Always helpful and polite. I use them everyday for my business and absolutely wouldn't trust another Post Office. Cannot recommend highly enough.
Kishan was extremely helpful issuing my overseas driving license - even helping me obtain the correct official photo. He then helped me apply for a photo ID driving licence. Other staff were also lovely. This was a busy Post Office and shop but the staff were professional and helpful with all customers. This is a treasure in an era when Post Offices are sadly being closed.
Lady who served us in renewing a passport was nothing short of perfection. She completed the application in 5 minutes. She was really fast, efficient and pleasant. We will return for more service. Please let her know of our appreciation.

Called after their bank machine swallowed my bank card and got the most ignorant man , he was talking to people who were in the shop and telling me to tell him why I was calling again. Post office is open but told me it was open in an hours time just to get me off the phone. I don’t need the post office. Shop part of post office has massively declined too it’s very dirty, cramped and disorganised. Would not use again.
Very different to last owners need to take a customer care coarse .also prices have gone up only use when I put money in my bank other than that Dont bother also watch for dates on food .some itemswell out of date
Do not use under new management very rude and ript me off for £20 this morning money come out my bank but they saying it did not stay away avoid at all cost
Be careful on Saturdays because the post office website says the post office services close at 5:30pm, but when you go in you find out it's 4pm.
