Just recieved a parking fine for taking my dinner break, after a grooling morning at work,I purchasing a meal deal at this store but won't be returning, disgusting tactics from the parking attendants! They don't approach you,they wait until you've entered the store,then photograph you're vehicle be aware!
Ordered a steak from this supermarket to be delivered I paid for £7.20 cut of a fillet steak. Instead they send me the wrong type of steak and it’s 2 cuts worth £4 for the packet not £7.20 and because it wasn’t the type I ordered they were very tough and hard to cut through. When I pay for a £7.20 steak I don’t expect to be sent a different, poor quality, cheaper piece. I paid for a £7.20 steak and I should receive a £7.20 steak. Very upset. You also put it in the same bag as the other stuff I ordered which is DISGUSTING! Ruined my dinner, stole money from me when I’m already low on money as it is and are careless with packaging. Need to train up your staff co op!
Just received a parking fine for £60. I didn't even know you're only allowed 30 minutes parking, whilst shopping. Now considering the ques at the tills, which does happen, often. And the fact I have severe arthritis and walk very slowly with the aid of a walking stick. I am gobsmacked. 30 mins to do your shopping que at the till and get out the carpark. I honestly thought it was a scam... My advice , don't go in your car... co op. The caring sharing co op. I don't use this shop very often. Only called in, to get a fruit loaf for me mum. And some bits for jubilee street gaff. Clearly I won't be going back there again. P.S. the staff are great. This has nothing to do with them. Gutted don't cover it.

Fantastic little shop and all the staff are lovely and polite.. brilliant offers but you must always check your receipt as quite often you are still charged the full price at the till!
