   Great prices across the board. Very good range of tanks, mods both disposable and non, flavours, and you can even now grab yourself a monster too. I always prefer to speak to Tom personally when going in store as he's always so friendly, informative and kind. His customer service really truly is exemplary. He even helped make my little one laugh so that I could focus on choosing what was right for me. He makes you feel more like an old friend than just a customer and I've seen him consistently provided this same level of services to every single customer I've ever seen him serve.

   I'm a vaping novice - 15 years a cigarette smoker having switched fairly recently to vaping. My first and only vape broke and I went to Vape HQ for a bit of advice on which model to buy. The chap I spoke with this morning was extremely helpful - especially considering my explination of what I wanted was woefully short of informative! He could have very easily pushed an expensive model on me as my budget was prepared to allow, but he recommended a £19.99 device- I was dubious as it looked similar to a model my friend uses which I can't get on with - but he nailed it! I want to say thank you so much! Very happy with the purchase and I will 100% visit this store for all things vape in the future! Excellent service, great pricing and transparent sales technique.
