   Ive been her twice in past month and both times i was given a very warm welcome. The receptionist was very polite and professional.. the dentists assistant was also extremely kind and re assuring. The actual dentist was very kind and explained everything in detail. Gave me all information and options. When leaving all the staff were very kind and caring. I also get regular text messeges to keep me posted with my appointments. Great dental practice. Very thoughtful staff.

   Friendly helpful reception staff, I felt calm and reassured from when I arrived to when I left. My dental nurse helped me feel relaxed she and my dentist explained my treatment so I understood what was happening throughout my treatment. Thank you to all. Definitely recommend!

They always try their best to help and support. They are always considering my comfort and explaining all the procedures. I have never felt so relaxed and calm whilst having dental treatment.

   My family and I have been visiting this dentist for over 10 years. In that time they have transformed my children's teeth all through the NHS at no cost to us. The service is always excellent. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful and they have always been able to fit me in when I need a visit. Highly recommended

   I had an appointment for a checkup on my entire mouth but stated i have a problem with one of my wisdom teeth. During the appointment i was x rayed and told theres nothing wrong with the tooth and that the problem im suffering with is one she's never heard of as she squirmed at my description and even said no when I asked if she wanted me to demonstrate what was wrong with my tooth and the surrounding gum. I wouldn't recommend going here if your self conscious about your mouth as i was made to feel like i was just unclean and its something i will have to just live with as a consequence. After all this the rest of my teeth got no attention and i was charged almost 30 pound being told ill have to book for another check up im two months.

They always try their best to help and support. I’m fortunate to have Jane Kaur as my dentist, Jane is both professional and approachable. Always considering my comfort and explaining all the procedures. I have the utmost confidence in Jane, in all my 64 yrs I have never felt so relaxed and calm whilst having dental treatment.    I was a patient for some time with this practice. Over the years i felt the level of care diminishing not that it was there much as it was. I was never offered after care (the option to pay for on going treatment once my NHS had run out) NEVER did i see or was offered to see a hygienist or have my teeth cleaned which resulted in some gum disease. During one of the many flare ups of this (which i was always given anti biotics for) i was sent to Willaston Dental Care as Great sutton practice were "too busy" to see me. I went to Willaston and seen a dentist called Elaine (i dont know her surname as they are very informal and welcoming there). I asked her to explain to me why i have experienced this gum disease as what the dentist at great sutton had told me i didnt understand as he spoke very quickly and was also foreign. After this had been explained to me i was quite emotional and also angry realising that the care i was entitled to had not been given to me. I immediately decided i wanted to become a patient of Willaston Dental Care and have been going there ever since also seeing a hygienist on a regular basis. Thanks to the professionalism of the team there i can now smile again with complete confidence. All i can say to Great Sutton Practice is THANK YOU for sending me to WILLASTON DENTAL CARE . Anyone reading this with a view of joining the Great Sutton practice please please also look at WILLASTON DENTAL CARE. It really was the best move i ever made.
