   Extremely helpful in suggesting the best way forward for my treatment. After I accidentally broke my temp bridge they got me in straight away to fix it until permanent one was ready Dr Dominik Salters and his team were excellent and with a great sense of humour which helped me as a nervous patient. Reception staff and dental nurses were also excellent. Thankyou Oak Dental services .

   I have recently had some cosmetic dental work carried out by Dr. Dominik Salters at Oak Dental Ormskirk and can’t recommend him highly enough. He is so professional and thorough in his work and takes the time to explain very carefully all the treatment to be carried out step by step and makes you feel completely at ease throughout the whole process. I am delighted now my dental work is complete with my beautiful porcelain veneers which have completely transformed my smile. All the staff are friendly and courteous and I found Jo on reception to be particularly so. Thank you once again Dom for a superb job!

   I’ve been with Oak Dental for more years than I care to remember. When my “first” dentist left the practice I was worried about who would replace her… but I needn’t have done as Mrs Kennedy (Sarah) is brilliant! I had possibly let my dental hygiene routine slip and was suffering some quite serious gum disease. Sarah recommended and carried out a course of intensive treatment coupled with some excellent advice and now I’m mostly “zero’s” with no bleeding etc. So chuffed! Money really well spent in my opinion. I’ve also had orthodontic work done by Dr David Tsang which I’m also really pleased with. I can’t recommend the practice and the dentists, hygienists and other support staff highly enough. Thank you!!

   Firstly, I would like to comment on how warm the receptionist was towards me. I cannot recall her name, however, she is a credit to the practice. The dentist on the contrary couldn’t have been any more condescending and brusque if he had tried. DR Thomas IP I believe I had the displeasure of meeting today. It was apparent from my brief visit he treats NHS patients with contempt, seems to be a recurring theme at dentists these days unfortunately! How our great NHS has allowed itself to be degraded by these mercenaries is beyond me. Following an X-Ray and informing me of an infection site, he initially offered antibiotics on the premise I simply left and allowed the problem to persist. Upon contesting this due to the extensive pain I have experienced, he reluctantly submitted a referral to a specialist. As I was about the leave, I queried the prescription of antibiotics he had previously alluded to. He abruptly replied “well you have your referral now”. To which I naturally queried “how long will this referral take”? To which he had no answer. I insisted on antibiotics given the infection site, to which he eventually complied. Why such cold & callous individuals go into the field of caring for people is beyond me. You ought to take notes from your colleague at the help-desk, she is wonderful. I am apologetic to her that I have been compelled to write a negative review.

   Have been with Oak Dental for years and always had a great service from all staff including girls on reception and dental nurses. Last year I had dental work done by Daniel , I had 5 veneers and a bridge done plus whitening and a gum shield. Nothing was too much trouble for Dan and his nurses who are always professional polite and friendly and put you at great ease. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and have since recommended my family and friends and they are all delighted with his work . Thank you Daniel and team .

   I have been a patient at Oak Dental care in Ormskirk for over 6 years now. The beginning of my journey began with David and a fixed brace, with visits every few weeks over a two year period, the results being a perfectly straight set of teeth. David was extremely helpful and caring, ensuring I could always be fitted in with appointments around my work out of the country. My more recent visits have been with Dan to sort out a couple of gaps following some extractions. Dan explained in full what options were open to me, in lamens terms, always checking I understood what the process and costs would be and what would give me the desired affect I was after. I opted for 3 implants, and I am absolutely made up with the results, Dan is a man of his word and every step in the process as predicted was exactly what I experienced. The implant fitting although unavoidably slightly uncomfortable only at one appointment, was nowhere near as bad as I anticipated. I even now question myself which teeth I had fitted as they are an absolute exact match! My 5 year old is now also a patient and it’s so good to know she’ll be cared for by the best in business! Thankyou to all the wider team also, dental nurses and reception.

   I can highly recommend Daniel Pachter at Oak Dental Practice, Ormskirk. I have had crooked front teeth most of my adult life and they we’re getting worse, I didn’t really want braces at 65 so I opted for composite laminates on 3 front teeth, the results are amazing, the colour match is perfect for me and I’m so happy to be able to confidently smile again! I was then having pain from a deeply filled tooth where the root was close to a nerve. I opted for a dental implant. I’m so pleased with the result, I can now eat without pain. Dan also recently fitted a crown on another tooth, again I’m completely satisfied with the treatment carried out by him and in a quick time frame. I cannot fault his expertise and professionalism, he put me at my ease with all my treatments and I would not hesitate to see him for further specialist treatment. Thanks so much Dan! Also, all his staff on Reception and Dental Nurses are really helpful, polite and friendly, well done Oak Dental Practice, Ormskirk.

   I have been a patient at Oak Dental for approximately 4 years having been with another Practice for atleast 30 years. My previous dentist was brilliant but I was becoming increasingly nervous and stopped going. Dr Rachel Thomas at Oak Dental was recommended to me as a dentist who was particularly good with anxious patients so i transferred to her Practice. I have to say, that the Practice is extremely welcoming and relaxed but the key quality for me is how lovely they are with very anxious patients. I am still anxious before I attend appointments but Dr Thomas is so caring, gentle and understanding that I am able to cope. She is also an excellent dentist so I cannot recommend her highly enough, especially if you are nervous or anxious.
