Staff were a little standoff ish especially the woman, barely gave me a smile. They put acrylic on my toe nails and one snapped on the first day because they were way too long and awful. She also changed the price at the end, i checked on the wall and should’ve been £45, she charged me £51, making up prices as they go. Don’t recommend, i won’t be back.

It was the first time I’ve been here and I wish I had never been to this salon. Do not even deserve 1 star. A lady who has done my nails she was sooooo rude. She did not listen to my requests at all and kept grumbling under her breath. This is the worth and awful place. I will never come back there. Also The price was not worth it. She only accepted cash. WHY??? Because she doesn’t want to pay tax!! I have enough knowledge about nail art and design because I used to have a nail salon so I would tell you please avoid this unsafe place and stay away.

Please avoid at all costs. I’m a qualified nail tech and this place practice extremely unsafe removal. The nail industry is unregulated in the U.K. which is the only reason places like this aren’t shut down. Rude service, destroyed my nails and charged me £15 for the privilege. Asked for a removal and manicure because I have to work with food on Saturday. From complaining my acrylics were too thick and shaking her head and muttering under her breath, to me having to ask her to stop so I could finish the removal myself at home because the metal drill bit should be nowhere near my natural nail plate. At one point she forced one nail off with a nail tip and I said that’s ripping my nail with it and she actually denied it and said it’s powder (I could see the damage to my nail). The light bits on the photo are where bits of acrylic remain because I refused to let her keep going over my nail with the metal bit. (Yes, I should’ve got up and walked out). You can see how red and sore they are underneath though and the gauges on my nails. Please avoid for your own sake and the health of your nails. I’ve added a 2nd photo to show the nails growing out so you can better see the gauges in my nail plate.

Staff was lovely but for the price I’m paying it isn’t worth it :( I had a French tip done , got glue stuck on my fingers and they cut the edge of my thumb… it hurts :( did the tip really thick and nails looking bulky as well… it wasn’t even a difficult task !

Worst place ever went there to get gel infills she ended up taking it all of and doing a fresh gel witch I didn't ask for but I got home sat and my nails were all brittle but before I went there with having gel on all the time they were quite strong so very disappointing had to take all gel of as most of my nails broke so had to cut short and grow them again

This place does not even deserve a 1. I am so disgusted at the way my grandaughter was treated by the staff. She went to have her eyebrows waxed and expressed her concerns of the quality of the treatment. She is 12 years old and she was pushed back on to the chair so they could continue to destroy her eyebrows. She now has odd shape eyebrows and a rash. I'm sure a skin test should of been carried out prior to applying the wax. Because she complained she was told that she would be banned from the shop for life. We are seeking advice regarding her rash as it looks quite nasty. By the way she will not step back in that shop even if they paid her. I am a nurse and the rash looks quite nasty.
