After being with them over 40 years + they have now kicked me off the NHS List so much for loyalty .If your not giving them money regularly they don't want to know you
I had a filling that I always needed I always needed to prod through in order to displace food which had been trapped.Part of that filling had fell out. The new dentist did a fantastic job which impressed me because I no longer need to displace trapped food because the gap is now minimal. Hence this review.
Deb the receptionist is so rude, everything seemed like a chore. I called and asked for my past x-ray details as I need them for a private consultation, she said I haven’t had one since August 2024, I said okay that will be fine. She pressed to know why I need them, I just said I want them for my own records. She just huffed and puffed, she cut me off at every sentence. She is the first person you speak to on the phone and the first person you see when you walk through the door, she should be polite and welcoming… no one is forcing her to be in that job role! I spoke to the practise manager about her and she said she won’t discuss other members of staff over the phone so to write a letter. I’ve come to google to leave a review and am not shocked to see so many other negative reviews about her. Shocking that she’s still there though despite consistent negative reviews!
I was treated by Kalpana for root canal treatment and the care and quality of treatment I received was exceptional from both her and the dental nurse. I am so grateful for their kindness, patience and for the best standard of care. They were so professional and looked after me exceptionally well - thank you to you both
Have been visiting this dentist for many years I've always received the best care and attention. All of the staff are very welcoming. Particular thanks to Kalpana, who has given me the most amazing dental treatment recently. Thank you it's really appreciated.
Not recommended, female dentist spoke to me like I was a naughty child. I will never step foot in there again. A horrible experience and I would avoid at all costs.
Very pointless appointment my partner went too. The staff were not welcoming and they were rude. We were told to park and wait on the drive. When we did this a woman came out and told us to move as a dentist is leaving. She told us to park some place else, there was no where else to park close by. My partner was told they couldn't do anything until new year and we told we would receive paperwork and a receipt and we had none. Personal recommendation go to a different dentist.
Can't thank you enough, very sensitive to patients needs and very professional, Penny and her assistant put me at ease on Tuesday and Dr Evans was marvellous today. Many thanks, see you in 6 months time.
Absolutely shocked at the fact iv been kicked out of this dental surgery. I called to cancel an appointment due to being really poorly with a kidney infection because it wasn't 24 hours notice. They are no longer offering me any appointments.i offered to bring a doctors note to confirm my illness aswel.so be warned dare you become poorly all of a sudden and have to council prepare yourself to have to find another dental surgery. The receptionist is awful telling me to get ther or I will not be seen again. Alison has treated me an my 3 kicked for years now.she is an amazing surgeon. They so need to get a new receptionist as I think its down to her that the place has bad ratings
