   We go in quite regularly to get our liquids and pods for our vapes and the staff are always very welcoming and friendly, always up for a chat. They have a loyalty program where on your birthday you get £10 added that you can spend in store and you also build points up overtime for money off aswell, we have numerous times managed to get liquids or pods for free due to the loyalty program. Only vape shop we go to.

   I am not somebody to leave bad reviews, I am a business owner myself. But the man who works here is rude. I have been in so many times over the last year I am 27 years old, full beard, 2 full sleeve tattoos & over 6ft tall. And he asks me for ID every single time, he knows I’m old enough it’s a blatant power trip. Today I hadn’t taken my wallet so I offered to show my passport on my phone (I am a pub landlord I know this isn’t an acceptable way of proof of age but I hoped it would jog his memory given he’s asked me for ID over 12 times in a year. He refused this so I said don’t worry I’ll just go elsewhere and suddenly he was going to accept seeing my passport on my phone, at this point I can’t be bothered, just walked out. Miserable guy who doesn’t even want to be there, I’m sure sales will continue to fall
