Well what a fantastic man Darren is I went to him today with an infection on two teeth I was petrified of dentist and I left feeling so much better about it he didn’t judge my teeth or me in general he made me feel so much better and wanting to help myself look after my teeth from now on I can’t thank him enough

I'm so pleased with the service & care I receive at Pooltown Rd Practice. All staff are very friendly & professional. Darren is a fantastic dentist...his enthusiasm and great explanations have really helped me to keep my teeth healthy between appointments. I don't dread going for check ups anymore!
I just want to say, Darren is an outstanding dentist at pooltown road, extremely knowledgeable and efficient , my autistic son has now really enjoyed coming to the dentist especially after meeting Darren and will be extremely gutted to hear he’s moving, we as a family have really enjoyed our time with him also but will wish him all the luck in his new move, fantastic dentist!

This dentist is a joke didn't even look at my teeth staff are do rude to don't make you feel good about your self at all asked to book in to get my tooth out and was told we send letters so am left in pain want to take this further
Prices are an absolute disgrace and all they want to do is unnecessary work to your teeth costing hundress of pounds at a time. Charged £22 for a checkup and my they never even cleaned or polished my teeth. I felt pressured to get work done even though there wasn't an issue. Funny how when I questioned the prices I was told that's the NHS price for a check up even though my previous NHS dentist was £6 cheaper for a checkup including a clean and polish. Fillings with my previous NHS were £35 and I was quoted £100 here. Absolute gangsters and they don't even wear balaclavas. Stay away unless you want to fund their new audis.
