   I honestly can not recommend almond house enough , everyone I have encountered has been very caring and lovely - Issac is a brillient dentist and has helped me on a few occasions as a very nervous patient he is very caring , efficient and good communication - more recently dr fallon helped me on 2 visits one with an emergency tooth extraction and the other visit what I expected to be an extraction was a very complex filling , she took her time and communicated every step so well I am a very nervous patient and I felt very safe and reassured , she was amazing and her assistant sorry I did not get your name , I am so very grateful for her care and prompt treatment THANKYOU xxx I would also like to thank Natalie the receptionist who was very compassionate in helping me to get sorted so fast and is so lovely - you are all amazing thank you so much

   Tried to make an appointment as my tooth had broken over the weekend. Was in agony . Was told me & my family are no longer registered with this practice as we have not had an appointment in the last 2yrs!!! Even after 2yrs covid????!!! I had no check up letters reminders or letters to inform us we would be removed . I have had gaps of longer visits and always been kept on their register. Was told however if I wanted to pay private I could have an appt the next day!!! Absolutely disgusting treatment. . I have been a patient at this dentist since I had my baby teeth!!! Almost 50 yrs and this is how they treat you to get more money. . Oh and yes I was nhs but have always payed for treatment . . Was told nothing they could do and that was that. No manager or dentist would speak to me either. . Still in pain and seeking emergency dental treatment and new dentist now . Thanks for your client loyalty. .

   Awfull service awfull advice. But what really annoys me is... I payed for my treatment anyway so why did they not suggest I go to a private dentist.!!!!! Me & all my family have now all gone private would not go back here if they paid me.

   Two appointments in one year for my teenage daughter, just counting her teeth in condition that she needs braces. They're waiting her to be 18 years old so she can be charged. Terrible
