   I would have put 0 stars if I could rang up to join for me and baby got given date for first appointment, rang me a day or 2 before cancelling the appointment so rearranged. My daughter wasn't very well and never woke till 9am appointment was 9:15 rang up was told we've lost our place because we wouldn't make it but they was OK cancelling it the week before. That wasn't the issue the issue was the attitude of the receptionist wouldn't recommend!!!!

   Sent an 11yr old in pain with an infection home with no help as anti biotics will damage his liver though he has only ever had them twice his entire life & this is exactly what they are for. They don't care for patients & the disruption & grief these things cause, they accept new patients constantly as they clearly loose them just as quickly...we will be going elsewhere as this isnt the first time we have been negected with no level of care at visits, if I could give zero stars I would.

   Fabulous Dentist who puts you at ease with her humming along to the radio and chit chatting. Having teeth drilled has never been a pleasant experience but after having old fillings removed and new white fillings put in I came out feeling a million Dollars. Certainly the best dentist I have been treated by.

   I went to get a impression for my veneer, dentist and staff seemed great. The date I was supposed to return to get it fitted I got took to hospital. I called up the following day and apologised and explained it was an emergency and I've never missed a dental appointment, but was told not to return again and I cannot be offered another appointment. All in all a waste of a their time, my time, the check up to get the impression for the venner and the veneer that was due to be fitted.

   Dentist herself is excellent, takes what you say into account and gives good advice, however the receptionist shows a complete lack of empathy and is very snotty.
