   Very good practice. Didn’t have to wait too long for an appointment. Mr O,Hanlon and his nurse were very good and explained everything he was doing as he went along. Very reassuring and made me feel at ease. Like a lot of people I am always very nervous when visiting the dentist thank you

   Managed to get on the NHS list with Woodlands after being without a dentist for a few years, and delighted to have done so! Great staff from reception right through. Initial check-up lead to a replacement filling, all done in a few weeks. Friendly, attentive staff with excellent communication throughout via appointment and reminder emails. Can’t speak highly enough.

   For an emergency appointment, I thought id be rushed through or made to feel not as important as private patients. My worries couldn't have been further from the truth. From reception to Nicole the dentist my experience was fantastic. Nicole explained everything, went through my xray in detail and gave me choices and pros and cons of each treatment. She was also very calming something I needed having not been to a dentist since moving to the area nearly 6 years ago. Would highly recommend and thank you so much Nicole for your patience and kindness, not to mention making me pain free xx

   Was here today seen as emergency app. Was treated by my ususl dentist. Simon . Treatment is always excellent with him. Was seen, tooth removed and back home all within 30 mins. A***** dentist .simon is Always polite friendly & I am always treated with care & compassion. Thank you very much. Simon . Great practice here reception staff always friendly & helpful. Would never go anywhere else .

   I was a patient here for a while joined in 2019 along with my daughter who was 8 at the time. When I joined everything was fine daughter was seen aswell. Then we got into 2020 and locked down by bojo. Children are supposed to be seen every six months. Tried towards the end of 2020 as she was then into 9th month without an appointment they weren't bothered this was a child. Got to 2021 and they still said appointments needed to be urgent. What codswallop. It finally got to a Yr and my daughter got moved back to her old dentist in Neston who were told she hadn't been seen for a Yr and had been refused. Children aren't advised to have check ups every six months for nothing. Disgraceful place.

   I have struggled to get my grandmothers dental issues looked at after she was took off her dentists of 20 years patient list when she was in hospital ill with no warning , 4/5 months it’s taken. I rang today in panic and out of hope. your Lovely receptionist I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name! went above and beyond to make sure we got an appointment and was so reassuring this is something I will remember forever as it’s not only gave myself relief but my Nan will be Able to sleep knowing and soon out of pain back on the road to health and happiness again. So a big Thank you to you and your surgery for listening to me and having a huge heart and concern This means so much to me.
