Great experience. Chloe my dentist was excellent she made me feel really comfortable and did an amazing job with my teeth!
Never have to wait long. Always helpful staff. So happy that Parsa Nemati is my dentist. He always asks lots of questions and explains everything before he does it. Great with my daughters too.
I would avoid this practice. First of all the dental work I received here was below average every time I have a cap that is a completely different colour and pertrudes from the other teeth. On top of this don't cancel appointments last minute as they will block you account with no warning. When you try to discuss your issue's you are practically ignored by admin staff and management . Will be reporting to DCS
Stephen Roberts was so thorough and explained in detail why I need the work doing that I requested. I had thought it was just how my teeth were but he pointed everything out on the X-ray. He is also extremely gentle. I can’t wait to have the work done.
I had a couple of excellent visits to this practice and can't recommend them highly enough. From the reception staff to the Dental Hygienist and finally Dom who has a very difficult act to follow in the previous steps of Andrew. It was an excellent consultation and I am happy with the treatment I received. Thank you very much.
All of the team: receptionists, dental nurse and dentist, were delightful . Stupidly, I had managed to miss my last appointment and made apologies for that - which were graciously received. and there was no negative outcome, indeed I was thanked for apologising. The necessary work was done and a follow-up appointment organised as it was needed for a minor repair. I continue to be impressed by this team.
