I felt the need to leave a review as my son seen Dr Gregg Mason this morning and his appointment couldn’t have went any smoother. He is usually terrified of the dentist or anything to do with the dentist and was able to sit happily and have stuff done without any tears no tears . Dr Gregg deserves a mention in Martins lane dental practice for being such a kind and compassionate dental professional. Thankyou

Been with this dentist 30 odd years, I haven't been for a while due to illness. Rang up for an appointment the other day, told I am no longer on there books. Receptionist quite snotty and told me I'll have to find another dentist, all to do with pure Greed and want private appointments. Absolutely disgusting.

Had to get a emergency appointment and they fitted me in. Chris I believe my dentist was told me my options explained everything clearly and has helped with my tooth pain. Definitely recommend as they sorted me on a bank holiday immediately. Great service

I was referred here today by NHS emergency dental after 3 nights of pain and pure torture over the weekend and an excessive amount of OTC painkillers that were making me physically sick. I was very happy to see that the whole team and their patients were all still wearing masks as it's still mandatory within that practice. The receptionists who greeted me (on the phone and in person) were pleasant and gave clear instructions about where to go/what do and the Dr/Dentist (Greg) was marvellous in every aspect. He's very thorough and tells you exactly what is happening and he's not pushy like other dentists I've had in past years. Usually dentists just want to put you in the chair, get the needle and drill out, and then start pulling teeth, drilling holes, and doing route canals regardless of the pain and discomfort you're in. Greg did an Xray and then talked me through the photo and when I became a bit nervous about him filing down a tooth to alleviate the problems I was having he quickly offered an easier/simpler short term solution. I would absolutely recommend this practice (and Greg) to anyone but I'm not sure if they still want (or need) lots of NHS emergency patients. I rate them 9/10 (only dropped a point just because of location/lack of a car park). Thanks. Steven

Absolutely fantastic dentist. Visited twice through emergency referral due to not having a dentist and being in pain. Fantastic staff if I could get a dentist this would be my first choice for sure. After treating the bothersome tooth I was kindly offered a mouth guard for no cost this dentist really care about the patients .

When I arrived for my appointment I was told that because I was exempt from wearing a mask/visor that I would have to wait outside in the freezing cold, while everyone wearing a mask was allowed in to the warm practice. This is indirect discrimination against people with hidden disabilities which trumps company mask policy. When I tried to get back in I was ignored, and when they finaly answered the door, I was told the dentist was still not available and would have to continue waiting outside. When I knocked again the owners son came out and shouted that I should find another practice. This practice discriminates.

I never expected to write a positive review about a dentist, as I am an absolute phobic and have never had treatment without sedation. However pain and an abscess can change that ! I was treated carefully , kindly and without judgment , lots of information and at my pace . I had a successful extraction. Really can’t say enough thanks .
