Dr Yasin & Lucua were very patient with me as I am very nervous of the dentist. Dr Yasin talked me through the process as she was going along. Would very much recommend this dental practise.
Dr Yasin and her nurse Avanti were fantastic with my son who is very nervous attending the dentist.who had to have teeth removed for a brace to be fitted. I am also a patient and the care and attention they give to both of us and our dental needs goes above and beyond what we have received before. Great practice and staff.
Had a teeth/gum 'deep clean' procedure with Sophie B and Karen. Very thorough and informative on what I need to keep on top of with regard to slowing gum disease. Recommended a 'Waterpik' water flosser, which I have now purchased and using. Thanks.
I visited today for a check up and was seen by Maryam and Karen. They were both friendly and very helpful. I had a regular check up and then a deep clean was recommended for my next appointment. As it happened they had a cancellation so offered to do the deep clean there and then saving me having to come back another time. Throughout it all they were both very helpful, patient and informative. My daughter also had an appointment for a check up and due to past issues with another dentist was very anxious but they both were brilliant with her and it has changed her feelings towards going to dentist. Also the receptionist, unfortunately I didn't catch her name but she was lovely. She was very friendly and welcoming. I've been going to this dentist for a long time and they were all new staff to me, all three are a credit to this practice.

My daughter arrived today (3 Jan) for an appointment and was told that the dentist was ill. She was told that they had rung her mobile and our landline, although no record on either of the phones! My daughter has MS, is in a wheelchair and getting ready to go out takes some time and effort, plus cost £12 for a taxi. Not really the way to treat clients.
What a Wonderful Group of people, from the Lovely Dentist, Dental Nurse and Receptionist!! Made my visit to the Dentist very pleasurable!! The Dentist was very caring and explained everything fully, and explained I need a mouth guard, which is on order! Couldn't wish for a nicer bunch of Girls!! Thankyou all xx
Outstanding care from everyone in the practice. I had toothache and was given an appointment promptly thanks to the friendly, efficient receptionist. The dentist carefully explained what had to be done and very gently extracted the tooth. I was given advice about care after the removal of the tooth and the dentist herself and the nurse made sure I felt well enough to leave. Highly recommended.
What a great service,gone are the narky receptionists,replaced with a pleasant one that keeps you informed,the dentist is a lovely lady that keeps you informed of what she is doing and following a broken tooth extraction (which I was dreading)I told her that it was a very pleasant experience,she is wonderful Regards Dave
