As a person with a fear of dental work I am usually worried about any dental work however the patient care was fantastic. Beth and her colleague were thorough and very professional the dental work was explained clearly so I could make informed decisions. They calmed my nerves and I don't think I have ever laughed so much in a dental chair. Thank you!!
This is a wonderful dental practice. Staff are so welcoming whenever I attend in person or on the phone. My dentist is Dana. I can’t thank her enough for her patience, time and effort. Always makes me feel comfortable and relaxed, understands my additions needs and talks me through everything step by step. Dental practice is very clean throughout, beautiful decor. Would highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The receptionists are rude and abrupt, especially the older one with the black hair. My dentist is the complete opposite, she is always welcoming and professional.
This place is brilliant. The reception staff are very helpful and efficient, despite the fact that they’re always busy. My dentist, Dana is lovely. She listens to your problem and is really caring and thorough. When I’ve been in pain, they have offered me a same day appointment. Thanks you!
Once again excellent experience Emergency appointment after losing a tooth from pallet not a problem and will be fixed by tomorrow. My dentist Beth even in work with broken foot. Reception staff very welcoming.

I'm not sure what has happened to this practice, it used to be really good but has gone completely downhill. My last 5 appointments have been cancelled at the last minute. I need treatment for a number of issues. Yesterday I phoned in with a very loose crown and was told my dentist couldn't see me for almost 1 month. The reception staff sound rushed and moody. Today I have phoned again and they don't even answer the phone. Eventually the line goes dead.
I went to the dentist today for a white filling. My dentist was a Lithuanian lady. She was absolutely magnificent couldn't rate her highly enough. She kept asking if I was OK and gave me a 10/10 service. Very knowledgeable and sincere. Listened with interest I highly recommend her. Thank you for such a lovely service Tracy Barnett

Multiple cancellations. I have had multiple appointments cancelled last minute by the practice, when attempting to re-schedule there are very few options given and often over 3 months after the original date. I had been waiting 12 months for a check-up which had been cancelled three times by the practice - once because the dentist had gone on holiday and forgotten to inform me in advance. I was called 20 minutes before my appointment to cancel without an apology. There are long wait times for any NHS and check-up appointments. I have waited over a year to schedule a check-up, however when enquiring about cosmetic procedures I was given an appointment within 2 days. I had my appointment cancelled as I was 5 minutes late - I had attempted to call and inform the receptionist that I would be arriving a little late but could not get through. When I arrived to a full waiting room (dentist was clearly already running behind) I was told my appointment had been cancelled. When I then highlighted that I had tried to call I was simply told by the receptionist that she had been on the desk on her own all morning and she had been unable to answer calls.
