   Communication and customer service has been completely lacking. I've had to phone and text multiple times often with no response chasing delivery past the date it was promised. After booking a day off work on Friday and waiting in they eventually told us their ceiling had fallen in and couldn't deliver. Then they said l would get it delivered the following day and then we were told the delivery men had dropped and ripped the 3 seater bit they would make a new one but it would now be 4 days late. I had no response to my multiple requests for the 2 seater to be delivered so we had something to sit on. No offer of recompense or discount for inconvenience, phone calls and times taken off work. The sofa's we are happy but felt the customer service was very poor and impolite.
