I needed a tooth taking out urgently. They fit me in and my usual dentist Freya was great, as usual. She knows Iām nervous and goes out of her way to make me feel relaxed. Both she and her dental assistant were lovely today. Receptionists are friendly and helpful as well.
I am so pleased to leave a 5 star review based on the service I received from Kate (Dentist). I went to her with terrible toothache from work completed by another dentist. Her knowledge, understanding and problem solving was second to none! Kate identified the problem, extracted the roots from a particular tooth causing pain and rebuilt another tooth so I did not have to have it extracted. Just brilliant!! Thank you Kate.
The entire team were fantastic with the children and made us feel so welcome. Dr Sophie was wonderful. She was so calm, patient and approachable. The children were so happy to see her and are looking forward to their next appointment. Thank you everyone, particularly Dr Sophie. X
Friendly & professional reception staff, always ready to help. My dentist has always been Kate. Very good extremely pleased with her work and her dental nurse. Today I met a newcomer for the first time, Ben Grundy. He is a pleasant man who seems to know his business. Today was just a descaling and impressions for a new denture. A bit early to make further comment really but absolutely no complaints today.
I have never had such a warm welcome as what I get when I walk into Heswall Dental Practice, Paul on reception is an asset to the practice.... Genuine and sincere. I saw him walking an elderly lady to her car. Its nice to see people still care. The staff always have a smile on there faces and are so polite and approachable. I had Katie look at my teeth, I could not feel a thing. She was so gentle and caring and made me feel at easy the second I walked through the door. Thank you to all the staff see you in 6 months.
I would not hesitate in recommending Heswall Dental Practice. The treatment I have received has always been professional and to an excellent standard The people that work in the practice are friendly and go out of there way to make you feel relaxed and at your ease. I am an incredibly anxious adult when it comes to the dentist but everyone goes above and beyond to make me feel safe and at ease, everyone is incredibly kind, patient and understanding, I'm never made to feel silly or like a nuisance. Heswall dental practice is the best surgery with the most wonderful staff who always go to the extra effort of making people feel safe and welcome.
Absolutely fantastic dentist. I have been with them for almost 2 years and seen by Faye and Kate. They have been excellent with their treatment and care. Today I was seen as an emergency and yet again their treatment and care was phenomenal. Thank you !
