   After a recent dental emergency Tam and his lovely team have been so accommodating and responsive! I was slotted in for an appointment at such short notice, and I am so glad I came here. Tam made me feel completely comfortable and at ease during my recent visits. I was quite nervous about the outcome, but he took the time to explain suitable options and every step of the process. The before & afters of the procedure were incredible and I am really pleased with the results. Would highly recommend!

   Tam takes really good care of you, always going the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable and happy with what he’s doing with your teeth. I had a nasty filling about 30 years ago which is still going strong and is testament to his excellence as a dentist. I would not go any where else !

   I hadn’t been to the dentist since before the Covid pandemic and I had also moved over to the Wirral from Liverpool and my dentist back there closed. I got in touch with Telegraph Road Dental practice and they were extremely helpful on the phone on making an appointment and I was able to get an appointment within 24 hours of requesting one. Like a lot of people, I don’t enjoy attending the dentist but I knew I had some issues to be addressed. All the team are very friendly and helpful and Tam the dentist was excellent at putting me at ease and explaining what work needed doing. Since then I’ve had several appointments at the surgery with either Tam or the hygienist, Steph and both are really professional (that goes for all the assistant staff as well), want to give a 5 star service and I would highly recommend them to anyone but especially to people like myself, who are maybe going back to the dentist after a break for whatever reason.

   I recently moved to The Wirral and struggled to find a Dentist taking NHS patients so reluctantly I started to look around for a suitable private practice. I feel so very fortunate to have found Tam and his team at Telegraph Road Dental Practice conveniently almost opposite the bus station in Heswall. On entering the surgery I felt very much at ease due to the reassuring, kind and understanding welcome I received from the receptionist, Jan. The patients, Tam, the dentist, and the rest of the team there are fortunate to have such a capable girl ensuring the smooth running of the day to day admin of the surgery. I cannot speak highly enough though of the whole team who are all so empathetic, professional and welcoming but especially of Tam himself. His patience in explaining treatment and X-rays to ensure I understood all that was involved, his excellent care while doing the treatment and the exceptionally high quality of the work he did was amazing. Obviously the cost of moving to private dental treatment was worrying as I am retired and on a relatively low income but the practice offers a reasonably priced dental plan which compares pretty well with other people I’ve spoken to which helps spread the cost a little and offers discount on treatment plus two free check ups and 2 free appointments with the hygienist each year which is very reassuring as I feel it is important to look after our oral health as much when we are older as when we were young. I can honestly say that my experience at Telegraph Road Dental Practice has left me feeling that I am in v capable hands. In Summary I would say; Excellent, Professional treatment from a great team with no more long waits for appointments and well worth the cost.

   Tam and his staff are brilliant; friendly, helpful, empathetic to our medical conditions and to our dental needs, as well as being professional and skilled. The surgery is bright, modern and well equipped. Communications about booked appointments and any other relevant information are always relayed clearly and we are always warmly welcomed, at Reception and by every one of the practitioners.    After my dentist of many years retired I needed a new dentist. First impressions of this new practice was excellent. I was made to feel welcome by Jan on reception who was friendly and professional. I had a check up with Tam and then a hygienist appointment with Steph and was very pleased with the service. I recently broke off a piece of filling and Tam was able to see me the next day and talked me through what he was doing and put me at ease. My partner and daughter have both joined the practice too! Thanks Tam and the whole team.

   Great service from the dental practice! Very friendly, welcoming dental team. Tam has been my dentist for many years and I’m very happy that he has opened his dental practice in Heswall.    I decided to look for a Private Dental Practice as I knew I needed a lot of work doing on my teeth. I came across this amazing Dental practice in Heswall which had recently opened. The receptionist Jan was very welcoming and explained everything well. The Dentist Tam is amazing, he listened to what I wanted, explained various options and put me at ease straight away. Tam was absolutely brilliant throughout my dental treatment, I found him very reassuring and felt relaxed. Dental Nurse Natalie was lovely and very caring. After having White Fillings, and a Bridge done, I’m absolutely thrilled with the Dental work and feel more confident. I would recommend this Dental practice , and can’t thank Tam enough for the excellent work he has done. Thank you, once again to Tam, and his staff. Heather Burton. X
