I just had the best Sunday roast in ages at the Anglesey Arms! I swear the best chef in Bromley is working there. The meat was tender, the potatoes were roasted almost as well as my wife does them, and the vegetables were full of flavour. And the gravy? The gravy made the meal perfect. Fantastic service and a landlord who clearly wants to make sure every customer has the best possible experience. I'd give them 6 or 7 out of 5 if I could. It was that good.

Went for Sunday roast with friends, first time at the pub and from start to finish our experience there was amazing. Service with a smile. Amazing food. Very attentive. Dog friendly. Couldnβt have asked for a better way to spend our afternoon. Piers and staff should be proud of the business they run. Would highly recommend the roast and sticky toffee pudding!

Really cosy friendly locals pub tucked away on a residential street. Popped in for the Sunday roast and a pint. The mixed meat roast was delicious, potatoes were really well cooked and the gravy was great. The bakewell tart and custard for dessert was excellent. Very reasonably priced all in and the service was perfect.

Enjoyed a gorgeous Sunday lunch at the Anglesey Arms today. The service was so welcoming, friendly and helpful. Decor is cosy and traditional. My vegetarian roast and sticky toffee pudding was fantastic (great portion size and so tasty) and really good value. I will definitely be back!

Wonderful traditional pub that I always visit when Iβm in England. Friendly, comfortable and serving a first class Sunday roast. Only four stars because they donβt have a bitter on tap. You have to go to the Red Lion up the road for that. Shame.

OMG! A Sunday Roast To Die For! Was Told By A Friend About This Place And Their Amazing 5 Star Roasts And Service. I Had The Beef & Lamb Mix. Plentyful Slices Of Both With More Than Enough Perfectly Roasted Potatoes For Two. The Veg Had No Choice But To Acompany On A Separate Dish As There Was Simply No Room On The Main Dinner Plate. For The Very First Time, I Was Persuaded To Try A Desert. The Homemade Apple & Blackberry Crumble With Vanilla Ice Cream Made Me More Than Happy I Was Persuaded! I Will DEFINITELY Return Next Visit To Bromley. Highly Recommend.

Visited for the Sunday roast with the family. We had to book 3 weeks in advance as the place gets booked up quickly it seems. Great staff, very attentive and really welcoming. The adult roast was very generous in size, even the kids portions were probably enough for an adult. Advice would be to skip breakfast and not plan for dinner. Speed of service and taste wise it ticked all the boxes. Only negative would be they donβt serve chicken on Sundays but do offer turkey instead anyway.

REALLY lovely, home cooked Sunday lunch! Hands down the best roasties Iβve had at a pub and loads of them too. The staff were also really friendly and set out a water bowl for our dogs before we arrived. Definitely returning!

The best roast dinner in Bromley. A proper Sunday roast with great portion sizes. Never seen so many roast potatoes on one plate! The side of veggies is tasty and better than the portions you get in fancy pubs. No frills here, just a hearty Sunday lunch. Think itβs Β£12-13 for a roast which is excellent given the quality and quantity of the plate. I recommend to phone them and book a table - they do their best to squeeze you in if they are busy and you call on the day.
