   We had our Christmas work evening at The Oak in Bromley, and it was a really enjoyable night. The cocktails were great, and the food was just what we needed for the occasion. A special mention to Emily, our server, who was attentive and made sure everything went smoothly – her friendly service really stood out. Overall, a good experience and worth a visit.

   Loved our first family visit to The Oak for a late Sunday Roast with our toddler. The food was incredible, particularly the roasties, which I’ve never experienced to be that good in pubs or restaurants but these were unreal and the flavours had me thinking about how I could recreate them at home. The staff were all so lovely and went out their way to make us feel welcome and looked after. Engagement with staff really adds so much to the experience of going to eat out and I personally appreciate this a lot. I’ve already raved about The Oak to the wider fam so will definitely be booking again soon. Superb spot!

   We had my mum’s surprise 70th at The Oak, and it was great! We all had a fabulous time, and everything went exactly how I wanted it to. The space was ideal, and the staff were so helpful with setting up beforehand. A big thank you to everyone for making it such a special day. Also, a special mention to Mark for his great communication in the lead-up to the event he was always quick to answer any questions and offer help when needed.

   We held our gender reveal / baby shower at The Oak, hosting 100 guests. Diego, Dan, and the team were amazing from start to finish. Diego and Dan were incredibly accommodating—allowing us to decorate the garden and restaurant area, move furniture around, and always being on hand to help. Dan and the team put on an amazing BBQ, and everyone left complimenting how great the food was. The day ran so smoothly thanks to the whole team—we couldn’t have wished for a better celebration.

   Lovely pub. Succulent menu. Staff always aim to please, anyway possible. The outdoor seating area has just been revamped and looks very inviting with lights, heater, and even soft blankets for those colder evenings. The Oak holds regular events such as live music, quiz nights, and karaoke. Will definitely visit again.

   Very pleasantly surprised by this place. The roast was one of the best I have had in a long while and such good value for money. And the service was fantastic - we had our kids with us and it all felt very relaxed. We will definitely be coming back!!

   Lovely decor and garden. Dog and baby friendly. Great service and good selection of vegan options including 2 starters and 2 desserts! The sweetcorn ribs and cauliflower were lovely. The vegan burger could have had crunchier hash browns and the mushroom flatbread was a little steep on price for what it was. But all in all a lovely dinner.

   Had a nice Sunday roast here yesterday but one negative. They offer chicken, beef, a mix of both (£2 more) or a veggie lunch. I asked 2 different staff if you got more for the mixed roast and both said yes, you basically get double the meat. Not true! My chicken was a kid's portion, so was the beef. The mix is a con job. Stick to the beef. It was very good. Friendly staff too - but don't kid the customers!
