I've been a patient of James at Orchard for years. It's a great practice, and one of the few that hasn't gone totally private. Skilled and caring 5 Star service.
Felt rushed and not what it used to be. I visited a week or so ago and feel like I have an issue on my gum line at the back which I was told was fine but it’s got worse quickly. They used to scrape any staining from acidic foods but not anymore it doesn’t seem to be included in the price or they want to fit as many patients in as possible. It’s a shame.
I have been in this dental.practice for a number of years and cannot fault them at all! Fantastic team! Started and finished my treatment quickly. I couldnt thank them enough.
I rang first thing for an emergency appointment following ongoing pain and sensitivity, I was contacted and offered a same day appointment, the dentist James explained everything and thoroughly investigated the area, doing X-rays, and sensitivity tests and following a background discussion he worked out the source of the problem promptly. I am very pleased with the service. .
Broke a front tooth two days before a cruise, nightmare. Andrew Brown gave me an appointment the next day and as always was both considerate and the totally professional. it’s nice to find a dentist who always goes the extra mile. It was my first time at the Orchard practice and all the staff were both friendly and welcoming .
