   Impact insurance best in the business just saved me all the £2000 I dealt with Jasmine, very helpful from start to finish, not pressured into anything just talked through everything and and as I can’t read and write . She went through everything slow and and at my pace would highly recommend to anybody who is looking for insurance or traders insurance I felt like nothing was too much to ask. Perfect service from start to finish. Also have WhatsApp so you can easily send over all your documents rather than having a mess about with Email if you can try and deal with wish I could leave more stars Then, then, five

   I contacted them for a fleet policy, they took the details and never came back with a quote. Contacted them asking for an update a couple of times which was initially replied to but then ended up being ignored. Not sure if this is standard business practice or they don't need/want new customers but definately won't be looking to use them in the future. Managed to get a policy quoted and accepted with another broker the very same day I contacted them.

   Ridiculous experience with Impact Insurance. We used them just over the year and theirs customers service is below 0. They only casing the money and when some of our vehicles were involved in accident they were not helpful at all. We had a claim against us for over £30k and they not even tell us about that. We only findout a year latter when we had to renew our policy. Don't recommend this guys to anyone out there, they don't look after customers at all!

   Professional friendly team who will go to the ends of the earth to help the customer. Sam & Connor helped me no end in finding the right policy for my business, even when faced with numerous hurdles. Always on the end of the phone without delay, even answered my queries on their socials out of hours! I'd like to add that the level of service has not stopped as an existing customer. Couldn't be happier.

   Excellent service by Sam and mark at impact. Would definitely recommend very approachable and easy to deal with. After having trouble with previous insurance Sam was an absolute star and managed to get a good quote. Easiest company to deal with. 5* from us :)
