   Disopointed Did not deliver what I paid for. Got sent a cheap knock of replacement I didn't order. They claim my item was lost in warehouse rubbish. It's happend to many times they are scammers, liers avoid like plague! Also they will not answer your call they know what they are doing.

   I purchased a sofa set in May. One sofa had a huge gap on the end piece and when I reported this I was told to try and push it down myself. This didn't work and it then they sent an engineer who confirmed it was defective and would need replacement. He took pictures and went away. I chased two weeks later and no responce. Visited the shop and was told I would get a call the next week. No responce. Another month passed and I went back to the shop and was told the same thing. These guys keep shrugging me off and its now been nearly 4 months and I have to keep chasing them!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They sell defective products and rely on people getting worn down from trying to get things sorted. I will be pursuing legal action to try and get my money back.

   I love this furniture shop. My mom used to shop there 30+ years ago. I shop there now and have done in the past. Staff very helpful delivery times are pretty good. You can even pay down on furniture and make a monthly payment.

   I ordered cupboard they send it faulty . I informed the shop keeper and he said he will send someone on Friday to check but still no one coming my cub board price 770 pound still they are no reply. They never reply for phone very bad experience

   Had the worst experience. Ordered a bed and wardrobe at the same time. The bed came 2 weeks late, they never answer the phone and I had to go back into the store to query when the bed was even coming. With the wardrobes, we were told it would take 8 weeks. After 8 weeks heard nothing from them. We called them repeatedly to no avail. Went back into store 10 weeks after placing the order only to tell us that they don't know where it is. They called us that day after speaking to the warehouse to tell us it will be another 4 weeks. Absolutely awful customer service, they didn't even apologise. Got my deposit back for the wardrobe in the end, I will never order from them again.

   We were waiting for some furniture to be delivered yesterday and had previously been told it would be an 'am' delivery. Tried on numerous occasions to get through to the store by telephone and eventually got a reply at 11.am. Was told that an 'am' delivery was between 10am-1pm. Waited until 2pm, rang the store again and was told they would contact the driver and ring us back. We did get a return call saying that the driver was not answering his phone and at 2.30pm the drivers arrived. We realised that only one of the wardrobes had facilities for shelves, we showed the driver our receipt, and his response was 'you'll have to ring the shop'. We did ring the shop and was told it was a supplier's fault and it was then agreed to swop the wardrobe in question in a couple of days. Having used Levines at another of their stores for many years we were very disappointed at the lack of service and communication, and now feel due to being messed around that some financial compensation is due.

   Well what can I say me and my partner had a wonderful experience carpet fitters were fantastic so polite and helpful and Paul the fitter who assembled our wardrobes was an absolute dream would definitely recommend Levine's we are over the moon
