Went for an emergency appointment for wisdom tooth pain. Amazing service. The dentist was very professional. Well spoken. Gave me clear options with clear advice. Tooth extraction was done in minutes. Pain free.

My daughter needed a tooth out so she could have a brace fitted , she has always looked after her teeth so has never required any treatment before, so as you can imagine she was absolutely beside herself the day of the tooth extraction. Thankfully her dentist Ravdeep Johal was absolutely amazing with her , he calmly talked her through the procedure reassuring her all the way through , not rushing at all , I honestly couldn't of asked for a better dentist Thank you

Travelled far to take my 2 children age 8 and 4 for a check up. Dentist seemed friendly enough but didn't feel he even checked my eldest, rather gave me a speech on diet and how to change diet and sugar routines. Some information I found quite contradicting. I completely understand you need to advise and educate but arriving with 2 kids to be lectured is not the way forward. One age 4 who was already anxious and being told to have visited from age 2 or try, she has along with her eldest. Characters play a major role. Both are not the same. Very clear no children of their own, to only give experiences of family members children is not the same thing. No understanding or sympathetic to the situation. Look I completely get advise regarding sugar and diet but really rein it in. Also as a note as a professional you don't know which mother your speaking to what they are masking and if they are vulnerable. For advising future mothers/parents just be careful. Tone it down for parents they are not stupid. Maybe your newly qualified i don't know but for future refrence just less of the lecture and maybe more indepth about her actual teeth. I left not knowing anything about her actual teeth all the things I wanted answered. Just repeat about sugar and diet. She's a average 8 year old, no more or no less than the average kid. Sugar yes is now generational. Hence why you now see many younger children visiting dentists than ever before. I'm sure you are a highly qualified dentist not taking that away but please work on your 'bedside manner' when working with children. Focus on the teeth and maybe lighter note for parents. 1st visit moved to Wales and was closest nhs dentist in wrexham will not be returning and signed up for private care. Side note reception team very very friendly and efficient.

I went today for my front bottom teeth repaired as the white cap/fillings had come off. I was given an appointment within less than 24 hours. The dentist who repaired the filling was called Rav and he was excellent. He made sure the colour of the white filling matched my own teeth and ensured the repair was perfect and comfortable. I was very impressed with his manner, professional and quality of the treatment. Highly recommended.

Less than 9months, and my plate broke while eating a cheese sandwich. We pay the NHS out of our taxes. Another example of privatisation cutting corners with an NHS badge on it, while paying extra.

Mr Douglas has been looking after my teeth for some 25 years, and has never been anything other than excellent...despite numerous caps, root canal work and an extraction, I have never felt even a twinge of discomfort. I now have to travel up to three hours to get to Rhos dental practice, but I wouldn't change to anybody else, ever. Sincere appreciation and thanks...

I can't praise the dentists here enough, my teenage son has autism and needed 2 fillings. They were absolutely fantastic with him, talked him though everything, showed him all the tools they were going to use and put him at ease. The fillings were done with absolutely no problems. I can't thank them enough.
