We have used this shop for many years nothing is ever too much trouble.We have just received 3 settees one of which was made to size for us the quality is amazing a small shop but such a reliable service.Not to forget the delivery driver Reg who is amazing nothing is too much trouble for him.We will be back soon for our next purchase.Keep up the good work guys oh and prices are amazing.

Really appreciate our new sofa. Khalid has been so helpful. At Uplands Manor Primary School we have recently opened a new Special Needs Unit. We wanted a 2 seater sofa to provide a cosy, comfortable area, but due to no budget left we I had to put out a plea to local companies, I emailed Capricorn Interiors. Khalid was very quick to respond, and very kindly offered to provide us with one, making up what we wanted especially, and Reg delivered it a matter of days. It is so comfy, the fabric is really nice etc. as can be seen in the photo. We are so grateful for this donation, it is very much appreciated.
My mattress arrived earlier today. To say I am thrilled would be an understatement. Unlike the one I bought from elsewhere, this fits my bed frame perfectly. It is a great quality mattress and I am looking forward to going to bed tonight. Kal knows his products well and can advise on the right option to suit everyone. I will definitely be going back again as and when I need anything else. I originally bought new furniture for my whole house when I moved 11 years ago, and have gone back for more items and sent family and friends there when they needed new furniture. We have purchased from Capricorn on a number of occasions over the years after recomendations from family. They never dissapoint, excellent value, excellent customer service! We popped in again earlier this week, and have ordered a new mattress! Very honest and trustworthy company!
Poor Customer Service! The owner was very rude to me, along with the delivery driver. I feel like they need to treat people nicer and with more respect especially when someone is spending over £1000. I got a TV unit that fell apart, and they forgot a part of furniture upon delivery. Really bad service! Would not recommend them to anyone! Khalid is lovely to you when you are paying, but after that he is rude and disrespectful! The furniture is poor quality and hollow! I wish I had never bothered buying from here! Absolute waste of money!
