   I can't complain, Wetherspoons is a really good pub. However, be aware of their 'deals'. Often charged the full price on guest ales (such as Old Peculiar) Monday to Wednesday and that's not what it says on the in-house literature. Still cheap but misleading people.

   Absolutely disgusted by the discrimination of the staff in this establishment. Not only do they want to listen to reason or hear you out but they will literally yell in your face that they are not responsible for offering the bare minimum customer service. The least they could do was apologise for the misunderstanding instead they are standoffish and incredibly rude.

   The lady who is white, glasses and a manager wearing a leopard brown trousers just become rude and aggressive because someone ordered us food to our table and we was sending a video to the person that done it is so unprofessional because he only ordered peas. She should never be allowed to manage a bar or even engage with customers. She has no customer service and a absolute disgrace We want a serious investigation to take place and a written apology. I will remove the video when we receive an apology from this manager for laughing that a family member ordered remotely to our table. Pure power trip and she should never be allowed to manage a site for JD Wetherspoons Please can I ask an area manager or operations manager to get in touch please to discuss this complaint

   Lets start of with saying that the food was amazing and so was the atmosphere very nice and tidy i have no complaints about that. The staff on the other side terrible. Ggot the wrong dishes delivered to our table 3 times. And one of the things we had delivered to our table we accidentally consumed. About 20 minutes later we have a angry manager accusing us of stealing, there was no reasoning with her as she was completely close minded about the whole situation ended up being forced to pay and have our table service denied. The staff was very unprofessional about this and very aggressive not the type of service that I was expecting as a tourist in the uk

   It was a nice experience dining with the family. A waitress informed that children are not allowed after 9 pm before serving which was kind of off putting. No offence taken tho im pretty sure she was only doing her job. Speed of food arrival from order to serving to the table can increase. It did take atleast 25 minutes. Will we return? Most likely. Its a chilled place tho. Cheers folks!

   We visited this Wetherspoons today to have a afternoon lunch as a family of 4. It was a busy Sunday lunchtime. We ordered our food and drinks on the app. The drinks took a long time to arrive, almost 15 minutes! From where we was sitting we could see the food service area and saw our food sitting under the heat lamps for a long while. The plates were hot but sadly the food was just warm that quickly turned cold. I think they just needed more staff. The staff there was working hard. For the price we will probably give it another chance!

   Popped in on Friday at lunchtime, and it was busy and deservedly so. There is a wide choice of food available at very competitive prices. Our food was delivered to our table promptly and was delicious. The portions were generous, too. The staff were pleasant and helpful. We certainly will visit again.

   Still brilliant value for money. And you feel safe in this pub Fish n chips how it should be. Proper crunchy batter and a huge range of beer and ales too. Was able to reserve an area for 16 people Highly recommended

   Typical Spoons with a nice atmosphere. Drinks are brought out quickly when you order on the app even on a busy Friday and Saturday night. The food is usually warm and what you expect. We go here often when we want a place to bring and chat.

   Food was cold! Drinks watery! No take away boxes!! I asked for a take away box and was told they had just ran out. I asked if there is an alternative and was given one carrier bag for 6 bowls of food. I then asked the chef for foil or something other than a carrier bag and was told in such an aggressive manner “ I already told you there is no more boxes, no foil... there’s nothing i can do” she then turned her back on me and walked away. I asked the second chef for another carrier bag and he flung it on the counter even though my hand was out waiting for it. I have never been treated in such way! Terrible customer service !!
