   Go there at least once a week about 3 weeks ago brought some chocolate for a treat. And when I paid for them on card, I thought, hold on a minute, that's a lot of money. I brought a mint aore And a Fredo which 35 pence on it. IWas charged 2 pound 90? So when I asked how much the fedo was, I was told 1 pound 30, so i ask for my money back. The girl was very rude and said they did not put that price on the fredo she told me she refund my money i waiting 20 days, no monday . So today, I went and asked show the my bank statement, the money going but that it had not on back in she said she would have to ask someone which I said that's fine If she sorted it the next minute the manager came over to me. Told me i made her staff here was my 2.90. Don't speak to her staff like that again. I didn't speak to her staff like anything. She was really rude. it's really expensive place. And some off the staff are very rude, especially the management go to workshop kid zone lot, more friendlier and the sell chocolate for the right price.they dont put a pound on every thing

   We booked a private party for my daughters 6th birthday in July. This was booked back in January and confirmed over the phone for exclusive hire. A week before the party I had a phone call to pay the remaining balance ( which wasn’t cheap) and to confirm the details I had already confirmed in January. The staff member on the phone confirmed all the details but a different time to what was initially agreed, when I corrected her nothing was said so I didn’t think anything of it. Until the day of the party when we arrived and there was another party there that over lapped our exclusive hire. It took the staff 25 minutes to remove the full party 25 minutes into a 2 hour exclusive hire that we had paid for. My husband continued to approach the staff asking why we had been double booked when this party was going to leave etc etc. we was offered a free drink and a voucher to come back! We was so disappointed and really upset with the complete lack of customer service when the confirmation phone call was made they knew they had double booked as they confirmed a different time yet this wasn’t mentioned? Because we had to wait for the other party to leave there wasn’t enough seating for our guests and they ended up having to use the seats set out for the children to eat. Meaning when the children sat to eat there meals they had to be dotted around the full seating area and not sat together like they should be at a child’s birthday party. This ruined the whole experience for our daughter ( this was the first party she had had) the food wasn’t served in any type of order meaning some children had finished whilst others still had not had there meal. Once the party had finished we asked for a call back from the events manager which we received. She confirmed that the owners wasn’t willing to do anything other that what we had already been offered. We took this further and wrote a letter to the owners explaining that this wasn’t acceptable and we will really dissatisfied with the service we received. We had a call back from the owners who then ‘investigated’ apparently because we received so many slices of pizza and nuggets ( he did count these by the way) this was satisfactory and they were unable to compensate anything else. I would 100% not recommended hosting any event here. The money is what’s most important to the owners of kidz hub, I would recommend play valley in Balby, and we recently hosted a party at go bounce and they were fantastic. Just don’t risk your child being disappointed by the complete lack of orgnisation or care for their customers.

   Been a fair few times for kids parties. My daughter has always enjoyed going. Food is ok, cooked on site. Never been asked about food allergies though… Indoor soft play is of good quality and the little party room works a treat too. The party food room is very small though.

   Great place for smaller kids (mine is 2 1/2) reasonably priced to play and also good selection of snacks and drinks. Place is quite small compared to others but it means you can keep an eye on them a lot easier

   Great place for the kids. We only used the outside play area which is free and kids had a great time. Had tea there food was nice and Icecream selection very nice. Friendly staff. Indoor play area is good and great place for a party

   Although social distancing is still in place and inside is still closed, Grandkids had a great time. Go karts etc were sanitised regularly while we were there. Will be back soon, hopefully when inside is open again.
