We came for the 'special features' like the cars, the canyons, etc. And all that was out of order for what it looks like years. And even despite this, and the expected signs of wear and tear, it would have been 'okay' if it were clean! The amounts of dust and the lack of care are unbelievable! Don't bother to come here.

Fantastic for young children! Frankly I was envious places like this didn't exist when I was little (or at least that's what my parents told me). Grab some good food while you're here, I'd recommend the chocolate brownie!

This used to be a really lovely play area. We visited recently for the first time in ages and it's unfortunately not been maintained and has gone so downhill. Lots of parts of the play area need repairing/replacing and the toilets were absolutely awful. There was an overpowering smell in the ladies, I thought it was from the sanitary bins but I see from other reviews this was the case at other times too, so it could be the drains? It's very dirty, things are broken (I can't remember a time when the go karts were working, and the section with the air toys has been broken for a long time as well). Unfortunately it's not fit for playing in. Unless the owners put some work into fixing it up it'll just get worse and I worry it'll become unsafe. I've attached a few photos that I managed to take, but there were many more bits that were broken. The 2 stars are for the food only, it was hot when it came out and tasted good. I do worry what the hygiene level in the kitchen is like looking at everywhere else though. Bottom line I wouldn't recommend you going.

We held a birthday party here over the weekend for 18 children. The cost was £13.95 per head. There were some good points and not so good which I’ve summarised below. The booking process was simple and Emma gave us some great service. The play area itself is spacious and the kids were entertained suitably. The party space was colourful and welcoming. The downsides were that our party started at 10am and the shutter only went up at 9.55am meaning no time to put out our decorations. The party food itself was extremely limited on quantities. Only one small tray of sandwiches and one bowl of veg sticks for all 18. The chips and pizza were equally stingy on volume. When we complained we were told asked to pay for more pizza. The quantities were not disclosed on booking. Unfortunately kids who wanted more chips etc couldn’t have any. The air shooters and go carts didn’t work and haven’t worked for at least the last year - so despite paying for the full cost we didn’t have full use of the play space. The party was run extremely tightly in terms of time and the hoover was out before we had even left which wasn’t great but I understand the next party was due to start. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this venue for a party based on value for money.

Great place for the kids only issue I had was the women’s toilets smelt horrible not a toilet smell more like sewerage. It was also really busy with hardly any staff maybe adding extra staff will help with this. We would visit again and hopefully the smell and staffing issue is sorted

Quite a good modern play zone for kids, they have a youger child zone too. Lots of seating and good grub, too bad its rather expensive or we would go there quite a bit!

Very big so brilliant for older/bigger children. My youngest (6) kept coming back and asking me to go on because she couldn't find her way round and there were lot of older children and adults running around it. We didnt eat there but there was an abundance of left food so not very positive feeling about the quality. Not one of my preferred centres.

Many things don’t work. I came here 3 months ago and only one of the air pump things worked and none of a shooters or the bumper cars. This day, none of the air pumps work, the bumper cars are still “out of order” and the shooters are still stuffed with plastic balls. Staff have made no attempt to fix anything and it has only gotten worse, and i have a suspicion that the bumper cars they advertise are only to bring more people in while they have no intention to ever fix them. Most other things are fine like the food and the other attractions although it gets very warm on the higher floors. If you plan on coming, be aware that the only thing that is available are the soft play areas with none of the shooters, air pumps nor bumper cars and i wouldn’t expect or hope for much change as i stated earlier that it has only gotten worse in those 3 months.

This is a truly brilliant play centre for kids. Slides ----- There are 2 slides in the under 5s area, a large wave slide with 4 partition and an enclosed slide with 1 bend in it and in the toddler area there are 2 slides, a small wave slide and an open twirly slide. Extras ------ There is a pretty awesome maze area, football area and a dark space themed area. Off to the side there is a sensory room with textured sequin walls and an infinity mirror. In the centre there's a go cart track. -- There is so much to do, with friendly staff and pretty yummy food, you can't complain. -- RETURN VISIT We had a blast. Resampling the food, it was delicious but did take its time to arrive, about 45 minutes to exact. I would suggest on a 2 hour session, order straight away to get it for half way through session. Also, take a reusable straw, the paper straws there fall apart and leave black marks on your kids face as it starts to fall apart. Still great though. Still a 5 from me. -- BACK AGAIN ! Cups for kids squash are terrible. Very high chance of them going over, I'm considering on our next visit bringing some plastic cups with us. (Picture included) Food did come with a little more haste that previous occasions. The go-kart track seems to have been closed down and its been like that for a couple of visits. Took my baby boy into the sensory room and he loved it. Certainly a winner for even crawling babies. The smaller area for toddlers seems to get overrun with bigger children and is not massively safe for babies, so the sensory room is an alternative. (Pictures included)
