39 for two adults and a child is an absolute joke for the state of this place. It’s tired, dirty, and clearly hasn’t been properly maintained in years. Worn-out, battered equipment everywhere, with a soft play area that is completely unsuitable for young children. Frankly, I wouldn’t call it safe. The staff were rude, hostile, and shockingly unprofessional. Within 20 minutes of arriving, I was spoken to like rubbish for helping my 3-year-old bounce. If basic parenting is a problem, maybe this isn’t a place that should be advertising itself as child-friendly. Raising concerns with the manager and even the “area manager” was pointless. Both were dismissive and uninterested. The response was effectively: leave if you want, but don’t expect a refund. There is no clear information anywhere stating refunds aren’t allowed, which feels deliberately misleading. This place is overpriced, poorly run, and completely unwelcoming to families. There are far better venues nearby that are cleaner, safer, friendlier, and cost a fraction of the price. Save your money and your patience. Avoid.

Charlie the manager was absolutely amazing when we visited the after school 2 for 1 session last night. She was so helpful, brilliant customer service. She's a credit to your team. Thank you again, Rachael

I took my sister here every month and every time it’s just getting worse, broken equipment. broken/torn/ withered mats all over the place (trip hazards) only 1 person operating the trampolines. I get that it’s Sunday but this is the last straw. This place was very good when I was little now all there is just trampolines and a bouncy castle. The worker was constantly closing the foam pits and the castle all through out the session. There is so much outdated equipment like the old laser tag still out and not in use, the tapes are peeling from “temporary” fix. The baby and toddler area is just not appealing at all. Rang the bell numerous times for no one to come to serve me. There was no “cafe closed sign”. It’s a shame it’s no longer like it used to be when it first opened. There’s not even any laser lights like there used to be just a blinding flood light now

What said take socks off and turn them inside out to slide no way was I letting my children do that with the state of the floors was not impressed with anything needs alot of work and a dam good clean and more staff by looks of things there was rubbish all over floor was pleasant I wouldn't recommend coming here.

We had a party booked on Friday and I just want to say what an amazing day all the children had for my sons birthday. A special thank you to Josh our party host who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. He’s an absolute credit to your team. The whole experience was amazing. I will absolutely be returning!

My son had a great party the children wanted to go back out to play. Josh who looked after the party. Was lovely and kind. He asked the kids if they were having a good time I replied don't worry Josh, they are fine. He replied I do worry it's my job to make sure they have fun. This was an amazing reply. I hope flip out know they have an amazing member of staff. I love how you can let your kids have fun and not worry too much.

We've been to couple of parties here over the summer. Brilliant place and the staff are brilliant. Pizzas look good and my youngest enjoyed them. My eldest had a ninja burger today and loved it. They also do an unlimited slush cup, you pay £5 and they can fill it forever and a day while on the site

This was an amazing recreation centre to visit with a friend, offering a 2 hour experience for just £13 each! The centre has a lot to stay entertained, including normal and springboard trampolines, a cyber tower and a battle beam. Me and my friend were checked in for our session promptly by the staff, leaving our belongings in the large storage area!
