Don't get me wrong, the play area itself is fantastic and it's really well priced, which is the reason I'm giving 3 stars. BUT it has a major flaw, for a play area that gets this busy it is ridiculous that they don't take online bookings. Every time we have been we get told it's full but basically if you go and come back there is no guarantee that it won't be full again. Now the staff I cannot fault, they are great and have always worked their hardest to get us in as soon as possible. My major problem here is with the management who haven't implemented a booking system for somewhere that is obviously so busy.

Been here twice now and the kids love it. The play area is nice and big, clean and well looked after. Otherwise much the same as other soft plays but still good.

We had a lovely visiting Runaround. My daughter really enjoyed herself. They have a little baby toddler area and a big area for the big kids! There was a big ball pit in both toddlers and a big kids area, whichever my daughter enjoyed, and she really loved the blue spaced themed slide! The food was lovely, which we enjoyed. We had chips, baguettes with salad and coleslaw. The staff were so friendly and welcoming!

The suction tube in both ball pits have not worked for quite sometime which is quite disappointing when the kids love to play with them. The food is reasonably priced and entry is one of the cheapest in the areas as adults do not have to pay to accompany children.

Great place to take the kids. Not as big as some of the more well known places, but that makes it better as it's not as busy! The food and drink on offer are well priced and rather good.

I have Brought my grandson who is just 1yrs old. £6 to play but no baby area at all. It's classed as under 4 area which is very busy with children jumping in the ball pool area throwing balls and no where safe for my grandson. Food is OK and not badly price. I think £6 is expensive for a 1yr and not really anywhere to play. Definitely won't return.

Normally love taking my two girls here as they love it, today was a different experience went in no problems was busy but that expected being a weekend. After few minutes couldn't find any tables most was reserved for parties or taken, so after getting them both excited we left leaving two kids upset. I feel on weekends when it busy they should do a booking system to prevent this from happening and instead of keeping letting people in

Play area was good my son really enjoyed it. The prices for entry and food, drink are good compared to other places we have been and food was lovely. However, I was not keen that they seemed very understaffed for how busy the center seemed. Also car park really small. Only just managed to find a car parking space and the play center was not even a quarter full at the time. Long queuing time for food, only 1 staff member taking orders for drinks and food.
