   Female staff working behind the bar are unbelievably miserable and unwelcoming. They speak with attitude even when met with nothing but kindness. They are unhelpful and sit around unless asked to be served which even seems like too much effort. Do not pay to have an event here and definitely don’t get married at this venue due to the attitude of the workers who should be ashamed.

   I held a surprise golden wedding party for my parents at this venue and I would definitely recommend. Right from the beginning of planning the communication was great. The staff are lovely, and extremely helpful. The room was spacious and set up perfectly. I will be using this venue for any future events.

   Paula and the team at The Arkwright centre made my Baby shower a lovely day for me! They were very helpful in giving us a hand in setting up to helping pack away. The afternoon tea was delicious and everyone commented on how much food there was and how tasty too! The room is decorated lovely to start with before my additional decor which is always a bonus. Once again, thank you so much for making my day extra special!x

   Had my bridal shower here 03/06/2023 and the staff here made it such a perfect day! They were attentive and friendly hosts who helped my day run smoothly. The food was absolutely beautiful, and thoroughly enjoyed by all. I couldn’t have asked for any better! I cannot recommend the Arkwright Centre enough! Thank you so much to the wonderful team, very excited to celebrate my wedding here in just a few months xx

   AG Events and Fairs We held a craft event here on 2nd April 2023. The staff were extremely helpful. The catering which was provided by Arkwright staff was great and of very good value. The hall suited our needs very well and we received lots of positive feedback from our stallholders about this well kept venue. We highly recommend the Arkwright centre for events and will be back in the near future for a pet fair.

   Fabulous venue. Toilets modern and clean, bar is not over priced, catering spot on and staff are brilliant. We booked it for my husbands 50th birthday party and had an amazing night. The venue is very versatile and can be made up exactly how you want it.... even down to the colour of the downlights and the shape / formation of the tables. Paula and Tracy were very welcoming and had everything set up for us and our live band. The staff at the bar were also on the ball and we had no ques for drinks with a room of 70 people. Thank you so much ladies for making my husbands birthday special. Xx

   Attended Arkwright centre for 5 day work safety course. Staff very welcoming , lunch was supplied and I've got to say it was great , the best meat and potato pie ever .all fresh food prepared on site. Thank-you

   Tracey & the team of ladies made our daughters’ 21st party an extremely enjoyable evening. They were very helpful throughout the booking to the actual event. Everything we requested was carried out from a change in sandwich fillings to having the desired drinks for sale at a very reasonable prices! Would highly recommend the place for any parties or celebrations.
