The sales representative, Lisha, was very knowledgeable and patient whilst we tried numerous beds until we found one we felt was right for us. Her approach was just right in being attentive but not rushing us. A credit to Dreams.
If I could put zero stars I would. In September I ordered £8000 worth of beds for them to be delivered in December. They were scheduled to arrive on Saturday 20th of December, however not all of the beds I had ordered arrived, even though before the delivery I had received a phone call confirming that all the things I had ordered were going to be delivered that day. After this, I was promised that the bed that hadn’t arrived would arrive today, however unfortunately that did not happen, which left me no choice to go to a different company. I am now waiting for my refund and I will never be ordering from this company again.
We recently visited Dreams in Oldbury and found the whole experience a pleasure. All the staff were helpful and friendly and didn't pressurise us to make a decision. We were left alone to decide which mattress we wanted in our own time. We can highly recommend a visit to Dreams.

Really well received and looked after. They could not have been more helpful. Plenty of choice beds all prices. Pillow provided for bed testing. No harassment. Left to try at your leisure.
Went to browse beds with no idea what we were looking for, and Usha was such a fabulous help even with our indecisiveness. She was really knowledgable, guided us gently around the store and helped us narrow down our choices. Made our decision very enjoyable- even on a rainy, late Monday night.
Rubbish Products and shameful customer services. I bought my mattress a year ago, which has lost all its firmness, when I reportrd to Dreams, they sent someone to check a month later, who told us that the mattress did indeed lose their firmness but then they refused our claim regardless. Then I spoke to customer service, who said that they can provide store credit but all the mattresses thry now have are more than triple the purchase price. The previpusly bought mattress has been discontinued. When I asked them to refund, they simply just stopped replying. Very poor experience.
Mary was Fantastic! Made me and my partner very comfortable on arrival and helped us loads. Had a good laugh with her too.Went to Dreams Oldbury to check out Super King Beds. With her help we ended up finding our perfect mattress and base! With the help of the magic bed machine they have and the comfy pillows we picked out our best suited mattress type. Me and my Misses are extreamly happy with the service and our order. Free hot drinks given was a better price then expected! Would recommend!
Absolutely incredible service from both Andy and Rob. We initially spoke to Andy about a bed we had in mind and he talked us through the different types of mattresses and went through the sleep match service. We came over the bank holiday weekend and purchased the mattress we had in mind with Rob. He talked us through all the different options and really went over and beyond. They didn't rush us and offered us hot beverages while we shopped. Both Andy and Rob really made it a very pleasant shopping experience for us. A huge Thankyou to you both
