A very nice sports bar just a bus ride from where I live. I remember a cheeky 16th birthday drink here then hadn't been back for years until around 2013/14 then recently in 2025!! I love the layout and atmosphere. Great prices on drinks and a good focus on football which is perfect. Great staff, furniture, ambience, lighting and a lovely beer garden. There are also 2 pool tables. It's also stonegate owned so download the MiXR App to get loyalty points on food and drink. Definately a regular spot of mine along with The Furze Wren when in Bexleyheath.
Nice and friendly staff obky iasue I have is fa t they don't allow smoking out front infact tell you of do cant return which boxes any one who is smoker of course no smoking inside but to have no way to snkoe is unheard of from my point of view crazy was quiet for my visit but music was good and staff very friendly so would say is a great place to go just bit if u like to smoke lol
Very good service the food was excellent and large portions. Very good value for money. It was better than some high end restaurants that I have been to. Highly recommend. If you are in the area give it a go you won't be disappointed.
Won a 90’s brunch for the Golden Lion and the brunches are definitely not one to be missed! Had a wonderful time, Morgan and Vicky provided great service as well as drinks, definitely will come again!

Great pub Brilliant staff I been to many pubs over the years but if you want great drinks go here All the staff in this pub are so helpful and great service If i had to give mark out of 10 i would give it 11 Brilliant pub and the staff make it brilliant
This is a great pub for a night out, cheap drinks, good layout, nice garden, good dj's and friendly staff. PLEASE BE AWARE, the only let down for this pub is the location. Expect trouble outside the pub at the end of the night and make sure to leave to go home as quick as possible, to avoid inevitably being involved.
