⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an exclusive-use party here for around 40 children and it was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. The soft play itself is huge – there is literally something for every age, and all the kids had an amazing time. The food was great too, served plated rather than buffet-style which was even better. Everything was clean, well organised, and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The party hosts were incredible. They took all the pressure off us, running football and dancing sessions while we sorted the cake, and generally kept everything running smoothly. They genuinely went above and beyond. All the parents commented on how fantastic it was, not just the children! Thank you for such a lovely experience – any previous negative reviews seem really outdated and nothing like the amazing experience we had. Highly recommend!

The place isn’t clean, the place hasn’t had an update for years. The food is like school cafeteria food. Yet the prices have gone up including a brand new ‘walk in fee’ where they charge you for no reason except you ‘walked in’ - an invented charge to try and extort people. Yet the place is as run down as it always was. It was ok when the price was reasonable. But the sheer greed of the owner is the reason why I won’t be coming. There should be a pay off for what you pay for. I shouldnt have to pay £5 extra for ‘walking in’ to the same dreary run down place as it was a few years ago when the ‘walk in fee’ didn’t exist. If anything it’s dirtier and more run down now than before. PS- they make you pay for a full session. Yet they insist you clear everything up and leave 15 mins before your paid session ends. The audacity is astonishing.

Fabulous indoor play for kids (& BIG kids too) Its onsite cafe has a range of food that kids will enjoy. There is also a private day care nursery attached. Parking is directly outside the property. It has 2 oor 3 disabled spaces, but they are not wide enough to open doors fully if cars are parked next to you.

A busy soft play area in llanishen Cardiff. Kids had a great time. The place is massive so keeping an eye on the kids was very difficult. Cafe there was reasonable and there was plenty to keep the kids entertained.

Biggest soft play I have seen. So many things to do. Lovely staff and food as well. For the toddlers designated place with a gate to make sure noone runs away.

Soft play area is big and they have a bouncy castle. Football court and nice area for babies and toddlers. Kitchen could be improved. They need to be more organised. Staff overall though we’re friendly and polite. Food was nice. Could do with displaying food hygiene certificate (I never seen when there) Toilets were clean and accessible for all. I would recommend and return just please improve kitchen. More options would also be lovely.

The place is absolutely dirty!!! This place shouldn’t be open for anyone and is open for KIDS. I payed for nothing I had to take out my son after 15 min because the place is extremely dirty. I have made an official complaint to the Health and safety UK with this pictures attached. I don’t know who’s the owner but something is really really wrong with him. I’m very curious if the owner will bring he’s kids to play without shoes in a place that dirty. I wouldn’t go even if will be for free!! Please pay attention to the floor, to the inflatable castle, the house. I guarantee since it was bought that inflatable castle was never cleaned. You should be ashamed!!! The picture are from the TODDLERS AREA!!!

Really good fun for little ones, great price for parents/carers too. First time there & pleasantly surprised with all that was on offer, so much that we didn't get time to venture everywhere inside. The little ones I took were 3 & almost 2 years old, which is quite young for the things they wanted to play on. Although when I saw it advertised online I thought I could see what looked to be trampolines & that's what I thought it was going to be. Not one trampoline in sight however so perhaps completely my own error, honestly not sure but the kids enjoyed themselves regardless. There were however a couple of much older kids who were dominating the one bouncy castle, the one looked about 13 & was a giant in comparison to all the other kids on it & another smaller lad kept climbing up the wrong way & blocking the access to anyone on it, they did this repeatedly, but when I told them to stop it they started jumping on the end of it making all the kids lose their grip & footing making it impossible for any of the other kids to climb through it. When I told them to stop it again the one lad got chopsy with me & told me he didn't care. All of the smaller kids on it didn't go on it again & more than one kid climbed off hurt & crying at which point we decided to leave. It's honestly not fun having to babysit or control others kids because nobody seems to be watching them or checking on them. I think these places should hire staff to walk around & monitor behaviour so anyone acting out of line can be dealt with swiftly, similar to a lifeguard at a pool. Or perhaps they should limit the numbers allowed in at one time as the place was reasonably quiet then next minute it was chaos & I lost the little man's shoes & they weren't handed in so I had to leave without them. They have since rang me to say they've found them but hoping they can post them as it's a long journey for a pair of shoes.
