   We have attended Rufford mill for over 40 years. Used to be free parking...a lake full of wildlife,squirrel s running around everywhere and an abbey you could visit with all sorts of attractions. Not anymore,a misleading car parking charge notice..a few ducks and swans and a closed abbey. Someone down there needs a long hard look at themselves. 7 pounds for 1 hour parking. You are led to believe after 1500 cost is 2 pounds....its not.

   Went to Rufford for our work team day. We did golf and boating as well as having a picnic. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Stunning grounds and lovely walks. Will return.

   Rumford Mill was a nice place to visit on a Sunday afternoon. There were renovations underway so I wasn't able to fully view Rufford Abbey. The grounds around Rufford Mill were well-maintained and I enjoyed a nice mile-and-a-half walk up to The Mill Tea Shop for a sausage roll and a latte.

   Went for a walk around the grounds they are stunning very well maintained & colourful. Lots of seating to sit & take in the surroundings. There is a lovely coffee shop where you can sit out in the courtyard & relax. Lovely place to visit will definately be going again xx

   Amazing wedding venue! We got married at The Mill on 09/07/22, and we couldn't recommend it enough to other couples! The venue is absolutely stunning, with backdrops of the lake, the ford, the abbey ruins and woodland, you couldn't ask for more! We got some fabulous photos! We have always loved visiting Rufford with our family, it's one of our favourite places so when we found out they did weddings (at fantastic prices too!) it was a no-brainer for us. ❤ We had to postpone our wedding twice due to Covid, but the team at Rufford Mill were consistently helpful, reassuring and accommodating. They were by far the easiest and stress-free supplier we dealt with along the way! On the day, Carmel was on hand to ensure everything ran smoothly, she had such a calming presence throughout the whole day. The catering ladies and serving staff were also absolutely amazing. The care, professionalism and service the whole way through has been second to none and we can't thank the whole team enough. They put their hearts into everything they do, and it really shows, we had the most wonderful day.

   Nice day out with my grandson. He loves the cars and vans going through the Ford. I don't have very good mobility so hired a mobility scooter which was really good value.

   A ford of great character with a viewing gallery in Rufford Abbey Park next to the lake. Drivers are rewarded by clapping and lots of cheers for taking the ford on at speed and creating a big splash. Great fun in a stunning village ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
