   Regular attendee here from an ethnic background, a lot of bad experiences with one of the servers has been repeating and festering overtime. Not talking about a one time encounter, I want to exacerbate this has happened on multiple countless occasions- where one specific server has been completely ignorant, rude and unprofessional with the service she's provided towards my father- for no apparent reason. He's been coming home and complaining that he's been ignored by this server, who seems to be doing it deliberately, and has been getting away with it of a concerning period of time. Obviously my dad has been struggling to express himself and raise attention to the matter, so I'm going to write this because this is unacceptable behaviour, especially considering the fact that he has been supporting this little establishment. It's really upsetting because he loves this place, everyone else is respectful and kind but that one lady. Today was the last straw and I've decided to write a review, and as far as context goes- she'll do anything but serve my dad, she won't greet him as she does other patrons or even be remotely nice,and when she sets down his drink, her mannerisms are full of distaste and impoliteness- she'll turn away and roll her eyes. This pattern has been deeply upsetting and humiliating at times for my father, it's obviously made him feel very unwelcome, especially to a place he considers his local and it's all because of the actions of one employee. Please fix this and train your employees to be kind, it takes nothing.

   Popped in to watch the football on a Sunday afternoon {a first time visit.) . The staff were very welcoming and reserved a table for us near the television, lunch was superb and very delicious..will definitely return.

   Went ar Lunch time on a Tuesday. A big menu to look at and after ordering 4 different meals we waited about 20 minutes for them to be served. Freshly cooked, generous portions, piping hot and to top that, also delicious. Fantastiic value and even used my free drink voucher.

   Really was lovely food. I love the sizzling plates. Had mixed grill and it really was nice. Can still taste it now. Staff lovely and helpful. Nice Dagenham pub. If rather go here than the wetherspoons ! Food much nicer here and good value for money. Compliments to the chef

   Place rather run down. Good main course was ok but the extras on the plate not available. Good price. I understand from the bar staff that I had the last ale to be served in the house because no-one likes it there. So I will not return.

   drinks are fine,food took ages to arrive,even there was only few customers and food...well never had worse onions in my life,mushrooms also tasted like they came from a can...and steaks were tasteless

   The perfect place to go and have a meal, chill with friends and also the live music over the weekend is an atmosphere I would definitely recommend with a DJ and also karaoke also! The bar staff are amazing and friendly and the food is delicious.

   Delicious food, big portions and great value! Had the bigger version of the fish & chips, and it could easily be shared between two people. The vegan burger was top notch, full of flavour and not dry at all! Staff was very friendly and the service was fast. The only downside was that the kids pasta was a bit dry, without much sauce on it. Can't really complain to be honest, got the offer that it costs £1 when you get another adult meal. Very good deal. Another let down was the back beer garden, it is not looked after at all, but it got so much potential to be really nice. I hope that the current manager sort it out, as it would be really nice to sit on the outside with kids, away from the main road.
