Went with a mate for some xmas drinks, Cerys was super helpful and was attentive each time me or my mate went to the bar! Emily was friendly and very funny too. Both are a credit to this bar and looking forward to my next visit, thanks Goose team!
I went to the goose last night, the atmosphere was great, the quiz was on which was a lot of fun, everyone was so friendly especially my server Chloe. She was kind and great and recommending a good drink. Food was great and I will definitely be returning.

I had a fantastic experience at Goose Romford. The atmosphere was welcoming, the service was quick, and the staff were all really friendly. The pub has a great selection of drinks at reasonable prices, and it’s the perfect spot for both a relaxed pint or a lively evening with friends. I especially want to give a huge shout-out to Emily, the manager. She went above and beyond when I had an issue – she listened, handled everything professionally, and made sure I left completely satisfied. It’s rare to find management that genuinely cares about their customers, but Emily is exactly that. Her kindness and efficiency made all the difference, and it’s clear she takes real pride in running the place. Overall, I couldn’t recommend The Goose enough – great pub, excellent value, and truly outstanding staff. Thanks again to Emily for turning a small problem into such a positive experience.

Absolutely fantastic pub. Quick service, friendly staff and excellent range of entertainment. Largest beer garden in the area. Decent food available and a large range to choose from. Highly recommend
Great service from everybody here, from the doormen to the bar staff to the management. Not one single complaint. The service was impeccable and timely, the staff were friendly and understanding. I will be coming back here more often.
Last night my friend and I went to the Goose pub to have a quiet drink. I entered first. A female member of staff came up to me and asked where my wristband was. I was confused. She said that it was £5 to come in and watch the football. I was about to explain that we didn't want to watch football and just have a drink. Before I had a chance to do this a bouncer came up to me and literally man-handled me out of the pub. I have just seen that several people have complained about the bad attitude and behaviour of this pub's bouncers. It appears that the management have not learned their lesson and done anything to make much needed changes. My friend and I shall NOT return there and will also advise all our friends to avoid this place.
