   We travel out from newark as this is one of the nicest soft plays about. The equipment is alwsys clean, the space is great for adults to see kids. There is a large under 4 area and some tiny town set up which even my eldest still loves at 8. Staff are warm and friendly and the theme days like haloween and dinos were great with foam parties and conga lines... no kids are left out its brilliant.

   My two boys absolutely love Play Valley. They are super impressed by the new area created with the ball pool. It’s brilliant. Good value for money and great for the kids to let off steam. We’ve had parties here too and I cannot fault them. Thanks to all who work there!

   This was our very first time booking a party for our son since moving to the UK a few months ago, and I must say – it couldn’t have gone more smoothly. The entire process, from booking online to the actual day of the event, was incredibly straightforward and stress-free. The host, Kasey was absolutely brilliant – attentive, helpful, and went above and beyond to assist us. Such kindness truly made a difference and made us feel so welcomed. The venue itself is lovely – clean, well-organised. All the staff were friendly and accommodating throughout. Our son and his friends had an amazing time. We’re so pleased we chose to celebrate there – a fantastic experience all round. Highly recommended!

   Had a really nice afternoon, it was quiet and the first time I had been with my 8 month old. Plenty to do and the staff were really helpful. Grace served me at the cafe and she was friendly and helped me with my drinks to the table. Will definitely be visiting again soon.

   I came with my 2 children today due to poor weather it was a very expensive day out. Play area & seating area very clean well polite members of staff & a massive well done & thank you to lily who took the time out to have a game of football with the boys & girl they loved it I don’t know who’s more exhausted kids or lily thank you again

   Located just of todwick road dinnington at end off a industrial estate, not easiest place to find. Parking spaces are very limited on premises.but can park on road. The place it's self is not the biggest.but got to say the kids loved it there plenty to do big climbing area and a little indoor football pitch. Food was really nice and not a bad price either. My little girl had a party here an they all loved it. Have a private room for food and cake. All the staff were nice and polite definitely go back here

   This playcentre is the cleanest one I've been to. So well stocked up with toys for young babies. Has fantastic sections for toddlers. And obviously an amazing large area for older kids. The menu looks great too. I just wish they didn't charge per adult too. It's enough paying for the kids and snacks. Xx But we will definitely go again

   We have visited this play area numerous times since having children and the prices have always been reasonable food always has been lovely however yesterday we attended with a large group of children out of our family and they didn't tell a member of our family if she paid an extra pound when paying for the kids they could have a meal. The food our children was served was not even edible it was stale so after we left this place we had to cook at home we won't be visiting again. And to say they now charge £1.50 per adult I think is also not very good. Look at the colour of the beans they served my child to my neices beans of the other plate she received they was rock hard!

   Had my child's 5th Birthday party here at the start of June. It was the first time I had actually been but yhe wife had taken the kids a number of times previously. What can I say! The venue itself is clean and a good set up, the staff themselves actually amazing. Getting the whole team involved in singing Happy Birthday and music making Alfie feel extra special. All the team seemed genuinely happy to be there and be involved, something that isn't always common with some places. The end result was that my child had a absolutely brilliant party and everyone was happy. We had the added Disco that kids loved and just to add how connected the party host was to the kids, one child didn't like the music quite as loud and she picked up on this and turned it down again something that people do t always notice. I would be more than happy to recommend this place for the genuine warm all the team showed and making the party that bit extra special. I didn't get our party hosts name but she is a real credit to you. Thanks very much and sorry for the delay in posting this great review.
