Visited today 21st December. What lovely, helpful and friendly staff there are at this store. A lovely lady called Banita was great !!! Brilliant customer service

Easy to find by the Oldbury motorway island. Large store with good layout and a large car park. Checkouts are a mixture of self-serve and face-to-face depending on your preference. Nice cafe upstairs and a lift (no escalator) which is situated to the side of the checkouts.

Had great experience, having major mobility issues im always worried about big stores but i didn't need to be. Lovely lift to the mezzanine floor and massive aisles. Got what i went for, bedding. Great idea to have all materials pinned up to see, touch and compare. Ended up having different ones to my original choice because of being able to feel them.. also got a few bargains not on my list which was great fun. And lastly... the cafe! Wonderful coffee and so cheap! £5 for 2 x flat whites. The cakes looked lovely too but because of lunch plans we didnt eat there but we are planning a breakfast or lunch trip soon! A lady saw me struggling with the tray cos i tend to shake quite a bit and immediately told me to stop, put it down and she would follow me to the yable of my choice, she was amazing! Turned the whole thing into a light hearted bit of fun and made me feel so at ease where normally i would just be embarrassed. Thank You!

A fairly large homewares store across 2 levels. It's great for browsing for decorating inspiration. There are a lot of very interesting and attractive items, but all are things you can then find cheaper elsewhere.

A good range of items at reasonable prices, as prices go these days. However, I never find the staff especially helpful. If they don't know something they just say "I don't know" with no suggestion they'll even make the effort to find out for you. Pretty rudimentary Customer service you'd have thought.

It's good for bedding towels etc. My in car sat nav can't find the postcode, well it does but I end up in the wrong place and then have to battle to find it. It might be better using your phones Google navigation.

Very nice since the renovation. Lots of choice on all household goods. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good inshore cafe. Lots of Christmas decorations. Car Park large and spacious. Easy to find. Just off the roundabout junction 2 M5.

We went to purchase a new throw before the energy price cap kicked in. They are obviously not ashamed to put their prices up by around 25% to take advantage of their customers and think we won’t notice that they have just over stickered the original price! Shameful and unprofessional, there may even be laws about this practice? Also went to go into the cafe for a coffee to be shouted at across the area “ it’s takeaway only now”. Perhaps a little customer service training is required “ So sorry, we have just closed but I can make you a takeaway if that is ok for you?” would have persuaded us to make a purchase instead of walking out? Retail is getting tougher and those who don’t perform will not survive!

Lovely big, well stocked shop. Ordered online this time so didn't browse but service was very friendly and still professional. Will be visiting more often too as it has a cafe upstairs ( don't worry, there's a lift if needed) and all makes for a nice relaxing shopping trip.
