   Arrived for the 80s fever night ,staff was friendly on arrival,and directed us to our table.Service at the bar was quick and staff was friendly .While we sat expecting 80s music to be played by the dj while we waited for the group to come on stage we had Christmas songs till about 9.30,I know its nearly December and alot of tables was on christmas parties etc but this was disappointing to our table .The food we had until the group came on was lovely/ tasty and hot and all the staff was friendly serving it .For the amount of people who attended we thought the staff did a great job .The 80s fever group was fantastic when on stage.The room was decorated well ,did get a bit warm inside but we was fine.One thing i was dossapointed with they ran out of malibu (this is the only alcohol that I drink)so I didn't have a drink from later in the evening .Overall we had a great fun night and all the staff did a great job

   Went to see Robbie fowler which was a great night. We were sat near the back though and the bar staff were really loud so we sometimes couldn't hear what was said

   We had a fantastic day out at the John Fretwell Complex watching a cricket match. The facilities were top-notch, offering everything a cricket fan could ask for. The ground was well-maintained, providing excellent viewing from all angles. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The food and drink options were plentiful, catering to all tastes and ensuring we were well-fed throughout the day. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend the John Fretwell Complex for any cricket match.

   A lovely venue but there was no heating on, it was freezing. The staff said it would 'warm up' when everyone arrived. It didn't! We'd gone in our posh frocks but sat with our coats on all night.

   Attended a work christmas party here. Room was fantastic and beautiful. Had a Abba tribute on and disco after. Had a dance. Long bar que unfortunately but staff worked very hard. Waiting and bar staff were lovely. Thank you .

   An enjoyable day, attended a wedding fayre here and plenty of small businesses showing there wares and no one being pushy. Plenty of cake on offer which is always good. Venue was nicely decorated with plenty of parking
