   Unfortunately our experience wasn’t good. We came for a trial. My daughter was told that if she didn’t hang on the hoop by her tummy, she would be tickled even though she told the coach it hurt her stomach. There were no crash mats underneath the aerial equipment to cushion falls. My daughter injured herself on the hoop and was not given first aid, even after her ankle swelled and bruised. We left the class halfway through and continued first aid at home.

   Very good even if your son or daughter want to try gymnastics and will bring them on over time you will see how much others enjoy it while you watch you can get a drink also while you watch your children
