I've supported The Stags for a few many years now, a proper football club with a loyal fan base, always with great away support, lots of ups and downs along the way, with some great players and managers gracing the Field Mill through the generations, though it's called The One Call Stadium at this present time... There's lots of history with it being the Oldest Professional Football League Ground in the World... Hopefully Championship League status looming sooner than later ... Football matches being a great place to meet up with friends and family for afternoon and evening games, not forgetting unforgettable banter before, during and after matches... "It's only a game" We were robbed "The ref was rubbish" "Offside" Penalty" Ref,You don't know what your doing" Thank goodness there's isn't any VAR in the lower leagues...Well not yet anyway!! There's Sandy's Bar in the main stand, entrance available from outside the ground, which is a comfortable place to relax with a drink and food is also available, as is The Radford Foundation marquee, where a band were playing live music before the game and is also directly next to The Ian Greaves Stand ... Win, lose or draw, you really can't beat being at a live game of football... By the way we lost today...Yes we were obviously unlucky!!

Okay stadium. We only saw the away end. Adequate, absolutely nothing special. We didn't have any but food and drink seemed okay. It could do with signage for the away fans particularly as it's so hemmed in by housing.

I visited Field Mill on the 18/2/25 as an away supporter and the pictures show the view from the disabled platform. The view was unrestricted until people in front stood up like on celebrations. The stewards that were there on the day were very friendly and helpful. I also visited the club shop which had a ramp to make it accessible for disabled people although once inside the shop it is very small so not a lot of turning room.

Visited for a league 2 match. The ground itself was fine the inside looked nice and was well presented. The pitch itself looked well maintained. The atmosphere from the home fans was terrible more like a library... however, the Grimsby town fans were electric and in full voice. Around the ground is not very accessible the signage was horrible no clear signs of where away fans enter the stadium, this needs improvement. Overall the match was good and facilities inside the ground were okay.

Came here as a visiting supporter. A friendly, happy football club, great atmosphere. All of the staff and all of the supporters we spoke to made us feel safe and welcome.

Traditional ground and has its own charm. For League Two, itβs far better than some of the recent ones Iβve been to ( eg Harrogate, Salford). Been here four times as a visiting fan , 3 wins and 1 draw, so itβs been a good ground. Decent away capacity around 1,700 and the rest of the ground looks tidy enough. The only downside is the stand opposite the main stand which is not operational. Good atmosphere created by the home fans. Parking is not that easy but enough places nearby to suit most. Good, honest football club is my impression and the ground seems to reflect that. Bear in mind that this rating should be taken in context and comparing the stadium to others in L2. Clearly not rated in comparison to , for example , Premier League stadiums.

Neat and compact three sided stadium. Adequate refreshment facilities with friendly helpful stewards. Please disregard the view photo....just first impressions on taking my seat !! Handily placed for town centre, plentiful pubs and the train station. Good luck for the promotion challenge, you're playing some nice football.
