This is a great pub in the summer with its roof garden but also in winter with its roaring fire a great place to go. What is not to like about Wetherspoons? Food is great for the price, drink prices can’t be beaten and the staff have the discretion to sort out any problems on the spot. Unlike some pubs they have enough staff on too so your wait is minimal. Well done.

Decent food and prices are good. But ordered abit too much food. Had 2 full plates of food left and asked for a takeaway box but they had none. Not even a bag.

Not the friendliest spoons out of the three I visited on a Sunday afternoon during Feb'25. Quick service at the bar and a good ale for £1.99. I couldn't see a sign for the toilet, so I asked a staff member who didn't seem very happy. Not too bad inside, with an impressive beer garden.

Breakfast at Wetherspoon it’s always good, can’t go wrong with that. It was super busy, even though it was morning, but found a table, and staff were very friendly. Always grateful when I find a Wetherspoon wherever I’m going, because I know that a good breakfast deal is covered! However very odd part about this one, is that they have cameras at the restrooms. Big NO NO! I’m aware it’s for safety etc, but have cameras outside, not inside, invading our privacy.

Awful place. It’s dirty, the service is beyond slow. The floors are sticky and it’s just disgusting. Tomato’s sauce bottles all empty. Pepsi tasted off, the food was cold and burgers dry and tasteless. Avoid at all costs

Lovely spoons pub very much in the old style: lots of dark wood and the blue banner with cursive writing out the front. The pub itself is over there levels with a raised area in the rear and quite a sizeable terrace but upstairs. The staff were friendly and polite and kept the pub clean and tidy. The usual seating options available. The Guinness was excellent as was the Doom Bar.

Management and staff are jovial and welcoming. Leo and Leon are fantastic chefs and make every effort to ensure customer requests are met to a really good standard. Bar staff are all good at their jobs and respond to customer requests kindly. Shan, Dan, Cherrene, Amy, and Jess are exceptionally efficient and kind. The standards they set truly set the tone for all the staff in terms of expectations....Lovely experience. Well done guys.

Had breakfast in here this morning, service at the bar was great. I ordered a large breakfast without mushroom and was asked if I wanted anything in its place. So far so good. There are a few little bugs flying around the place and had to wave them off. Breakfast arrived with the mushroom on the plate. Good thing I just don't like them rather than being allergic. For this reason I docked a star I mean I did ask for it without after all.

Always feel so safe here! Staff and security are so fantastic. Shoutout to the female staff especially for making me feel safe when I’ve not been comfortable. Cheap food and drinks! What more would you ask for. 10/10.
