   I received a swivel chair from this company, all stapled, very bad quality. I asked for a swivel chair but gave me a chair very poor quality. Asked them to deliver the chair when I finish work but they delivered when I was still at work, my daughter opened the door for them, by the time I came home, they already fixed the chair. They didn’t allow me to check was in a rush. The person on Facebook asked her about the wrong chair delivered to me all stapled up, first she responded saying I’ll try and ask them if they can change then blocked me on Facebook. Please don’t buy anything from them, payed £270 for nothing. Does anyone know how I can return my money back.

   PLEASE DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY ! I didn’t know the company i just bought a sofa from a guy in gumtree HUGE difference between the sofa I received and the pictures they sent me before They said to check the sofa in the van before payment, but they deliver it in the dark ! I would definitely not be able to check it properly So i just paid the money But regretting this so much now! Please before buying anything from marketplace or gumtree make sure the person doesn’t work with this company It’s a big SCAM!

   Avoid. Delivered complete wrong sofa from the literal photos we agreed on. Blocked me on Facebook. Luckily the bank will charge back your money as long as you send screenshots of you trying to get in touch. In my case I have all of that including photo of conversation and agreed sofa vs what was delivered. I’m giving them 1 more day to resolve. Then the bank will take back the money and you basically have a sofa for free. Sell it!

   This company went above and beyond for me. I am very pleased with their plush velvet sofas they are fantastic and so is the price. It's people like these who are a asset to the UK, working all the hours of the day and producing affordable beautiful furniture. I am very pleased with my sofas they are absolutely gorgeous.

   Terrible company. I bought a sofa on Facebook marketplace. I didn't know the company, it was just a woman. It was £299, the woman said £320 with delivery. It was supposed to be delivered between 12 and 7pm. It didn't arrive. At 11pm a very tall man came to my door. He had half the sofa in his hand and barged in, then brought in the other half and demanded £340. I paid by bank transfer which is the only reason I know the company name. I am a woman living alone, he was intimidating, wouldn't leave. He told me he was from Birmingham and asked me to go for a drink with him repeatedly, even though I told him that I have a girlfriend. After he left I could finally look at the sofa. It was tiny, not jumbo as described. Badly made, broken zips etc. I tried to contact the lady from whom I bought it to request a return and refund, she ignored me and blocked me!

   Absolutely awful company. Sofa cushions ripped within 7days contacts them 7 weeks ago and was informed someone would replace the cushion still awaiting and ignored phone calls and messages too. Before I bought the sofa they promised me 12 month replacement warranty. Still waiting for them to message me back

   Only cpl photos there is more including broken bits! Terrible company payed £500 for this broke and ripped sofa! No reply back,no refund no nothing! Terrible company and need reporting to trading standard disgusting!
