Steve in the showroom was very good. The guys that delivered the suite were excellent. To say it was awkward to get in the house is putting it mildly but they persevered. So grateful to all three of them. Highly recommend.
Fantastic place, great showroom and the gentleman in store was top drawer! He was really pleasant, helpful and extremely understanding of our situation. Our furniture arrived in record time and were set up by two really helpful guys. We love our purchases (I'm typing this review snuggled up on our three seater!), couldn't be happier with the service from start to finish. We can't recommend you enough! Thank you all!
Super helpful and the sofas are really comfortable, we visited a while ago window shopping and knew this is where we wanted to get our sofa from considering leading shops make you pay for all the extras.. with this store everything is done locally!
Never been here before. Neat and tidy. This chap really knows his stuff. No pushy sales pitch. Just honest facts. Secretly I think he is proud of his products and so he should be. Some of the best sofas we have seen. And they will fit in our living room. Excellent stuff.

stay away delivery driver and fitter did not take off shoes when entering my property[cream carpets] i asked them to leave flat pack in my hallway, all items were damaged and guess what? they do not want to know and ive had a letter saying ive damaged all items in my house and they will not replace. the salesman is also the fitter and noticed damage after ive paid him his CASH PLEASE DONT deal with these guys.
We had been looking for a sofa and wanted to support a local business, we made absolutely the right decision in choosing sofas direct. The service was brilliant the salesman was friendly and helpful but not overbearing. The quality of our sofa and accessories we can not fault, what’s more it was very reasonably priced, arrived exactly on the date given just 3 weeks after we ordered it. No masks in use - both sales person and public members. Wasn’t seen to directly but overheard a number of uninformed ‘truths’. There is a textile industry in the U.K. still. I know. It’s my home town! Decided not to purchase due to listening to an untruthful sales pitch and the lack of following the rules/masks (I have cancer - it’s important to me!) Shame about the textiles quip. It is cheaper to import but the U.K. manufacturers are still going.
Great choice of styles, materials and patterns: great value, locally made, delivered on time as promised, good quality and friendly service. Had ordered from a more famous supermarket who did not deliver in 4 months - got much better service here.
