   Unprofessional and messy staff. Parents recently had a new bed. 2x folks come to fit it and we're complaining about a stair lift being present, complained about having to take the old bed down (a service which was offered and paid for in advance). Old items dragged along the floor causing a wire to come out of the stair lift, and debris including screws left all over the drive and leaving bits of the old bed present. Not the kind of service you'd expect at this price. Advice? Go somewhere else for your new bed.

   Accessible on ground floor location but the amount of stock in-store would make it a challenge for a disabled client to get around fully. But i am sure they be happy to take photos and show a client by the till. Had a new double bed form then this week and it's brilliant.

   Unlike many places once we informed assistant we were "Just looking" no pressure. When we returned on another day to place order friendly and informative service. Delivery quickly arranged. Goods arrived at the arranged time slot. Old sofa removed efficiently and carefully. New sofas installed as instructed. Pleased with goods and service.

   Hugeley Disappointed !! Ordered suite from levines delivery driver one out of the two didn't even tried to get suite in which staff agreed too and even before purchase they measured the the both suites which previously was bought from levines too have delivered before them not mentioning this one might be difficult to get in. We went to their bear wood branch too to see if we can have anything from there but they couldn't had nothing for us and was expecting deposit back but they deducted 20% and it wasn't our fault. Please be very careful they love to take your money but don't trust them to help you. They lost a loyal customer very dissatisfied

   Having been let down hugely by another larger furniture store in the area we ordered a king size bed and mattress from Levines @ Brierley Hill on 27/04/22 which were both delivered within a week (including May BH day) at the time/date provided when ordering. Pleased with both items. Special mention for Andy at the Brierley Hill store who was most helpful. Our experience was excellent and we would visit again.

   Fantastic service! I ordered a very cheap wardrobe and it looks really smart. I asked for 1pm delivery but it was actually on the afternoon delivery list so arrived mid afternoon but it was delivered on the day they said! It even came with wheels for ease of moving it for the delivery men but I am really happy about this as if we want to move it around the room, it won’t be damaged. They can take the wheels off for you if you don’t want them.

   This is a well stocked shop, traditional furniture for lounge and bedroom. Staff friendly and helpful. Have just placed an order for a small sideboard which is modern and have seen on many web sites for the same price, the one good thing about this It gave me the opportunity to see it for real instead of just a photo, let's hope my delivery doesn't exceed the 4 week date I was given.

   Excellent service. So pleased with my new mattress, which was extremely reasonably priced. I have a very narrow stair case and the gentleman that served me, helped me to chose a mattress that would fit, and gave instructions to the drivers. I ordered on Sunday and it was delivered the following Friday. I would definitely recommend to anyone and will definitely return when I need any other furniture.
