Brilliant soft play with lots to do. The male member of staff upstairs today (constantly tidying and running the carousel) was brilliant with the children he was lovely and fantastic!! An asset to the company. Will definitely come again.
Drove to this activity centre all the way from Kent, and it was worth it!! My children age ranging from 6 - 15 absolutely loved it, the price you pay is well worth it, so much to do, softplay, play role area, tower climbing, arts and crafts, carisol and bumper cars! There is so much to do, the lady on reception and one staff member who brought our food to the table where so bubly and friendly! Also to add, we were the only muslim family that where at the centre, however not once did we feel any type of way and all staff treated us with respect. We had a great time, the food options are great too! We will definitely be back!
The play area is lovely and clean, and the kids enjoy it, but the pricing is really disappointing. It costs £24.90 for one child and one adult, and the adult fee is £7.95 just to sit and supervise, plus more if paying drinks or food. The response that “you can stay as long as you like” doesn’t help, as not many will realistically stay longer than two hours. It’s a nice place, but the prices feel out of touch with what families can afford, you can stay as long as you like as no one can afford to come so there is no issue with overcrowding. That was obvious when we were there it was not that busy during half term. The staff also did not make us aware that all the rides were included in the price, which I feel they should have, especially as they asked if we had ever been before. Staff all looked miserable. Giving the response ‘prices are on the website’ does not excuse the horrendous price. We seen a soft play in a retail park and decided to go in.
Had a great experience for a 5 year olds birthday party. A very large venue with aditional activities such as dodgems, arts and crafts, themed dress up areas and a disco. Was a shame that after paying for a group of 15 children the adults had to pay aswell so bear that in mind if lots of parents wish to stay with their children.
Always have a great time here. it's one of the largest soft plays we've been to locally and I can honestly say it's generally very clean and pleasant. good selection of food and all the staff have been nothing but helpful and friendly. I recently purchased a pass because we visited so much and Kailey was nothing short of fantastic, going out of her way to assist (as we were switching from a pass which was slightly less value, purchased before a better value off peak pass was launched on promotion). I will continue to visit frequently and recommend the place to my friends with their little ones.
Had been for a birthday party. Kids enjoyed the play time and the disco. The food was a big issue. We ordered food and the food was served very late almost at the end of the party. We had ordered pasta and cutlery was not provided. We had to go all the way downstairs to get the cutlery. Surprisingly, the staff member declined to give extra jug of water as well. The staff member lacked basic courtesy. All in all, not a great experience!
Disaster birthday party. We have birthday party at Basildon 360. No comunication from staff. 2 birthday patties at one room, they expect you to have one disco too. So 9 years all should dance with 3years old stranger kids. Not sure how you sould take a video with other kids dancing around yours. I think this is not safe at all.
So much for toddlers to do and explore. My boy loves all the different "shops" to explore. Think is great for their imagination. Shame it's up such steep stairs, there is a lift if needed though. Love the merry-go-round. You can go on as many times as you like.
