   Ordered bed frame, bedside table , dressing table and sideboard mid/end of May. Bedside table and sideboard received in 2-3 weeks and was promised everything else will be received by latest 19/07/2021. Nothing came and there was no communication from shop and delivery department at all.Called many time and was promised a call back with explanation from Steve which never happened. So had to go there physically today and been told upon investigation that it’s not confirmed till mid September. More then 4 months for a bed frame that’s disgusting and Very disappointing. My invoice number. 0477/0515 Please think twice before ordering furniture with them u might not get till next 6-8 months unless you want to wait that long..

   Bought a 3 seater sofa and 2 chairs in a fabric and faux leather mix. Just recently noticed a strip of the faux leather has started to disintegrate. I knew it was faux leather.....but i expected a bit more wear than 15 months.....and £1000.

   Delivery men complained when we asked for the sofa bed to be taken upstairs to a bedroom. Said the shop assistant should have told us it was not meant for a bedroom. Their attitude was very disappointing ' told them not to unpack the sofa bed as just wanted them out of the house. Subsequently complained which was a waste of time as all the MD said was - YOU ARE THE PROBLEM. What great customer service!
